The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. We went in the ski season and we were really amazed because they have a ski room where you can leave you ski equipment to dry over night, in the morning you could wear your boots warm. The food was delicious, we had a demi pension booking. At dinner you could choose from the menu ( that is different every day) what you pleased, they had only 2 options for appetizer, main course and dessert from which to choose.

This hotel is really amazing! the view is amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, great spa, the hot tub on the rooftop together with the mountain view is absolutely beautiful, breakfast is great, the room was good. I really can’t find anything bad to say on this hotel, I loved it!

Truly amazing staff. We came in late due to delays, but they stayed up for us and welcomed us outside the main entrance. They even brought food to our room as the hotel restaurant and other restaurants in town had closed. They really do make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very nice, feels modern and traditional at the same time. The hotel has absolutely all facilities one would need for a stay on the mountain. The breakfast was also exceptional. We stayed at several hotels throughout the alps and surrounding areas, and this hotel easily had the absolutely best breakfast.

Every person from the team is accommodating, helpful and warm. We appreciate the attention to detail to provide guests a great experience in every aspect of the stay. The location sits in a quiet area which looks out to the city with a good view, perfect for slowing down from life’s stresses. The resort and the people behind it make connecting with nature and relaxation very easy. We loved being able to meet animals who they take care of quite well. Perfect location 350metres from cwntrale ski school and lupigno kids park, cosy rooms and vwry clean. Breakfast was great with good fresh food variety. Dinner was very tasty too. Friendly staff, cark parking with access to the pedestrian area available.
