Sorin the amazing man at the reception! When we checked out I forgot my ID card and my bank card and credit cards. He called to my mother in Holland that I left my Id card and credit cards at the recption. Thank you sooo much!! You saved our journey! Sorin is the HONEST receptionist we ever met! Modern, clean room, we got a free upgrade, the breakfast buffet is really good with the classic Italian sweets plus eggs, fruit, bread, veggies and more. The staff was exceptional. Loved it! We didn’t see many other guests and the city was empty as it was low season but L‘Hotel made our stopover really pleasant.
