Localizado em frente à Praia de Tanjung Pendam, o Grand Hatika Hotel apresenta quartos climatizados e um restaurante que serve especialidades da Indonésia e de Belitung. The staff always were ultra respectful and friendly. Was asked many times if there was anything more they could do to make my stay better. I asked if they could provide butter for for breakfast, then every morning for the rest of the stay a knob of butter was brought to my breakfast table without prompting. A small thing in itself but a perfect example of the attention to detail the staff portrayed.
