Great location, very kind personnel at the reception. We has some issues with the appliance the person arrived after 5 minutes that we called the reception. The villas are great just equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. They seriously take also if you arrive with a pet: generous welcome e.g. sleeping cushion, toy, treat etc.

Set in Piran, 600 metres from Punta Piran Beach and 1.1 km from Fiesa Beach, BAY BREEZE Holiday house in Piran offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Everything was perfect! The unit is very clean and updated. Bathroom’s just like a Spa. We cooked a good dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The location is also great.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

The D2 house is small, but very clean and comfortable: comfy big bed, good equipped kitchen, dishwasher (thank you!). But the most praise gets the bathroom and the terrace. The shower cabin is big, like 1m*1m which is really rare even for hotels and I loved that! The terrace is very cosy, it’s very convenient (and pleasant:) that the neighbors don’t see you and almost don’t hear. So you feel like you are alone there (in a high season). I took a look at the neighboring mobile homes and they don’t have this very important quality. There is a small beach in 30 meters from the house where is almost no one there (high season!). Ana and Ivan are great hosts: friendly, attentive and very helpful.

Close to the beach so really great with a toddler. We had an amazing time and can only recommend the house, the host was so kind and accommodating with the time so that it was easier with our baby schedule. We had such a lovely time that the only negative thing is that it went too fast!

From the moment I arrived in the property I felt like I was in paradise and kept pinching myself throughout the entire stay. Maria was very communicative before my arrival, helping to provide transportation information and directions. They allowed me to arrive early with access to my private beach space and even bought groceries for me since I did not have a car. SO friendly and attentive!!! The private tent and all public spaces were beyond beautiful. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paddle boards at the beach and very reliable wifi. Cannot recommend enough!!

يقع Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX في مارينا بورتوروز، ويضم تراسًا على السطح مع حوض استحمام ساخن خاص وتراس شمسي مع كراسي استلقاء للتشمس. Wonderful location at the marina in Portoroz! Sleeping on a houseboat was definitely extraordinary for us! We would definitely recommend it as an adventure for family. (our stay was early April, it was quiet when we were there but could imagine that it becomes noisy during peek season).
