Paul, the property manager was lovely and easy to contact. It was warm and cosy and in a quiet area so no concerns about noise. The kitchen was well equipped.

Our host was very hospitable and helpful and made sure there was information available in the cottage if we wanted to visit places and sightsee.

Absolutely lovely property right in the heart of Onchan. We especially appreciated that the hosts left us a few provisions as our flight was delayed and we got in rather late. We also loved the little nature preserve located behind the property.

The rooms were pristine, the kitchen was over the top, and our host made a true connection e we itch our family to really make us feel welcome.

Ballacowell Cottage er gististaður með garði í Sulby, 21 km frá TT Grandstand, 22 km frá Laxey Wheel og 34 km frá Rushen-kastala. Gististaðurinn státar af einkainnritun og -útritun og... Perfectly kitted out and May was so helpful. Really recommend it as a place to stay.

Cronk Darragh Cottage í Castletown býður upp á gistingu með ókeypis WiFi, 1,8 km frá Rushen-kastala. Þetta sumarhús er með eldunaraðstöðu, garð og grillaðstöðu. We really enjoyed staying in this traditional cottage; the kids got a room of their own each & although the ceilings can be a bit low and the beds a bit short for tall folk like me, it's all part of the old cottage charm. Although it is located on a major A-road, there really isn't much traffic going through to Port Erin and with the double-glazed windows I didn't notice the traffic at all. We didn't have time to enjoy sitting in the garden, but it all added to the charm of the place as you walk through it each time you leave & arrive. It was also nice having a dedicated off-road parking space and the wi-fi was reliable (a godsend given we didn't have mobile roaming on the island).
