Joane and Pat are such amazing hosts. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The room and bathroom are decorated with style. The breakfast is very good with large selection of pastries and snacks. Bus is just outside and goes directly to Heuston train station and the Liffey Valley shopping center. So convenient! Will definitely come back if I need to go to Dublin again.

The place is in a very convenient location if you are traveling with public transport - you can get to Dublin center in about half an hour. There is a great coffee spot nearby (Mugg Uggly) where you can get a good and quick breakfast. If you need to make bigger grocery shopping, I recommend going to Leopardstown Village Centre either by foot (~20 mins) or tram (~5 min). The place is squeaky clean, and having two separate bathrooms is a great convenience feature.
