We had an accessible room with two beds as we had to quarantine in the hotel for the first five days. This room type gave my son and I the extra room we needed to survive a quarantine together. The room had very comfy beds and bedding, lots of storage space for clothes, pegs for coats, a living area with comfy couch and blanket and a well appointed kitchen for cooking simple meals. The staff were very accommodating whenever we requested anything. They would answer queries immediately using What's App which was quirky but great. The overall vibe of the hotel is quite fun and contemporary. There is a cafe and a working space in the lobby area which was handy and the location is exceptional. You are so close to the Ha'Penny bridge and Temple Bar - so lots of shops and restaurants very close by and food shops in the area behind the hotel are 5 minutes away.

Quick cab ride into the city center. Dedicated parking spot out front. Very happy with staying here.

Gillian was the perfect host and even lent me her raincoat as I was going to a concert and hadn’t come prepared for rain after spell of hot weather. She also gave great hints and tips for travelling the local area and pubs to go to. We will return and wish her all the best with her fabulous guest house. Highly recommended.

Joan is fantastic, she is always ready to help her guests. The breakfast is full of food more than my expectations. Our room was very cozy and clean. There is a Bus stop close the house and with 30 minutes it takes you on the city center. I recommend with great pleasure.
