It was our honeymoon. We told them in advance. To our surprise when we got to our room they had a bottle of wine and a plate of fruit and chocolates waiting for us. It was awesome

The reception staff was great. They managed to make a reservation on short notice to the Auschwitz Museum. Nice room, comfortable and clean.
