In general it was good. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and they knew English. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. There was the vast variety of dishes in it. If you want you can order the dishes to your room. Meat (veal) was delicious - soft and melting in the mouth.

Major Hotel is conveniently located near Balice Airport, the E77 and only 4 km from the Old City of Krakow. Rooms are modern, spacious, functional, and decorated with cheerful colours. Comfy and clean place, staff is helpful, neighborhood is safe and quiet. I arrived when the central heating provided by the council was not turned on yet, and i was extra cold in the room. The receptionist lady was super helpful and gave me an electric heater, so i could heat up the room, and enjoy my stay. Other places in Krakow never offered that, nor went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, so i was very happy with her.
