“The room was spacious and clean. The washroom was huge (by my standards)! We reached at around 5pm, by then the staff had left office. And because we stayed only for a night, we had zero in-person interaction with staff. However, the staff left very clear instructions how to collect room keys and drop off room keys - which was great and hassle-free. We were given rooms on the ground level which was great, this means we did not have to drag our luggage up the stairs, which can be a challenge when travelling with elderly. There was a card that explains it may take a while for the air conditioning to cool the room - the air conditioning worked perfectly, so not an issue at all. The location is a walk short from where the stalls and local supermarket are, which was great. Make a visit to Apollo Bay Bakery - their pies are tasty!”
“The bedroom/bathroom were terrific - brand new. However, I couldnt find a reception and didn't work out to go through the building to the Main Street. Building yuk But as I was only there for a night. The room was great, Staff were available to show how the tv worked. All things in the bathroom that one wanted - first class.”
