Its a little gem. It is right next to nice Flamengo beach in the Guanabara Bay. Very well connected to the beaches on one side and all the big city attractions on the other. The staff are really the brightest spot for this hotel.

Great to find a place where a family of 5 can sleep together (kids are too young). Parking onsite. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Very complete with plenty of options.

I found all at the level of my satisfaction,,, room, bed, comfort etc OK Breackfast was also very good, however, I think that a small effort should be done in term;s of diversification Exemplo: The entire week scrambled eggs and sausages were served. Introducing fried egs and tomato, some beens would be acceptable, as well as mashroom if possible

Would have loved access to coffee either in the room or at reception.

Location was really good. Central to most things and staff were very helpful. Rooms were very spacious. Mini bar is well stocked and prices were good.

The fact that there is no tea and coffee in the rooms was a set off to me. When I come back late I would like to drink something warm before o sleep. The breakfast menu was the same throughout. I hope they could start doing something about it like other hotels

Very old noisy air-con. No kettle. No glasses for drinking use. Towels are quite old.

Staff very helpful. Location is very good. My room is larger then I expected (in fact larger than many hotels I lived in in many countries). Smart TV with YouTube connectivity. Laundry service is good.

Everything turned out good it just the only thing that I was unaware of when I got my room I have one bedroom I was supposed to have two beds for three rooms

Polyester sheets, air conditioner struggled to cool. Gym is actually just a voucher for use across the street.

Breakfast is ok but the coffee is not good. Hotel needs some tender loving care (TLC).

Hotel located in a nice area of Rio. We parked our hire car in the hotel garage. Used Uber to drive us to our destinations. Well located to move around to places of interest in Rio. From our bedroom window we can see on our right Christ the redeemer and on the left the sea and the end of the land of Sugar loaf mountain.

The place doesn’t look like the pictures the Bedding didn’t look like the pictures. My first room had ants , they even sprayed bug sprays but it was like they were immune to the spray. They moved me to a second room where it was under the 3rd Floor Dinning room. Where you hear them setting up breakfast, tables dragging chairs moving around. It was low key hell in the morning when you just want to get away to peace. After all that they loose my shoe laces causing me to wait over 40 mins I wasn’t going to miss my flight over shoelaces but it’s the principal. They kept saying it’s coming . Then come to find out they can’t find them. Overall the stay was okay.

At first I was unsure of this place, it was a rough start to checking in - to checking out. The Staff was very nice , and made the stay pleasant.

Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast has a huge choice and is excellent. There are two wonderful restaurants 100 yards away.

Without the air conditioner on, it's rather noisy if the windows are open.

The hotel is conveniently located and the area is safe.
