It's not that I don't like I just think you should mind the stairs. I knew before I rent so it was not a problem at all for me, nothing happened but you should be aware of that or any mobility issues you might have before booking.

Very comfy, modern style. Great cleaning and with lots of space. It has everything you need. There is also a balcony where you can get fresh leaves for tea and a good bakery nearby (10 min walk) that serves lunch dinner and all kinds of food. The owner is very friendly and even took me to dinner at the bakery on my first night, she gives coffee capsules and tea bags. There is also a laundry machine and a private open space where you ca hang your wet clothes. Would definetly stay again, it's just a little pricey for staying alone.

I loved this place, the only thing I can say is that in regards to the location there are not a lot of nice restaurants and bars within short walking distance and for people who don't know SP it would be good to know that this area has very steep streets therefor it's not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

Upon arrival we sent the host a text after which she showed up almost immediately to let us in. She was absolutely lovely, explaining everything about the apartment in detail. Although it was a lot to take in after 16+ hours of travelling, she was patient none the less. The apartment is like a tiny home, very cool with a lot of industrial style builing details. It's situated near the metro station in a nice and very safe area of SP. Also the rooftop terrace is amazing!

Everything! This apartment is like your home away from home. Great location near metro line, near Padoca Bakery and Beco do Batman; very safe location too. The apartment has everything you need and the washing machine was a treat! Check-in was easy. Highly recommended!

Great, modern apartment with a closed-off lofted bedroom with all the comforts. AC, good hot water heater, and drinkable water from the sink. Efficient layout. Would recommend!

The loft had a really cool vibe and had everything we needed. We had breakfast on the rooftop every morning and enjoyed the view. Can definitely recommend if staying in Sao Paolo :) and big bonus is the washing machine! Thanks again!

Stylish, spacious studio with access to an incredible roof terrace. The compound feels very safe, the kitchenette and bathroom are both excellent, and the AC is a welcome presence in the hot summer weather.

In a wonderful location, the apartment was so clean and stylish. It felt very safe and we also enjoyed the two gardens and having our own washing machine! The stairs are very steep, more like a ladder, so maybe wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. We still loved the apartment though. Inês was very friendly and helpful, very easy to communicate with.

We liked everything about this place! It was clean and well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the shared terrace was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare quick meals and breakfast. The location was also very safe. The host was very nice and responsive too. Absolutely worth the price and zero complaints.
