Nice and very helpful staff Small, but clean room, it was enough for us The room had a balcony which we really appreciated We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned on a daily basis Good breakfast with a honeycomb available 8 min walk to the KAT subway station We found a free parking spot on the same street as the hotel was Quiet neighborhood We had a discount for the coco-mat products

The bathroom had a sewage smell that went away once we started using the water. Still, going forward, this issue should be investigated and solved. Take into consideration that the city centre is 30 min away via metro. We knew that before booking the hotel, therefore it wasn't a problem for us, just trying to let other travelers know.

Nice large room fine for 3 persons with big bathroom and balcony. Two lines of buses going to the center of Chania. Approx 2 km to beautiful beaches towards to Chania. Breakfast tasty and rich. Very clean and nice customer service always really helpful

We really enjoyes our stay! The staff was friendly, room was very clean and well equipped, location was quite good as well: 20-25 minutes to the center by feet, great taverns in a harbor nearby. Swimming pool was very warm and nice.

Hotel staff were so lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Clean property and so close/walking distance to many restaurants. Extremely close to Port so we could get to the Ferry early the next day.
