A lovely, cozy and well equipped apartment. Our host checked on a regular basis. Amenities and coffee capsules were always available in the hall. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe a little bigger trash can or how to dispose of garbage would help. But it's easy to figure out, and it won't be a problem for people not to stay there longer.

The location of the property is close to the neighborhood, and it is easy to find. The room is clean and nice. There are a few local back alley restaurants around, which are really nice for those who want to taste local. The staff is nice and keeps in touch with me, very frinedly.

The AC unit didn't work well on heat setting – it almost seemed to suck warm air out of the apartment. Not a critical failing but it was a little chillier than I'm comfortable with. The couch in the main area is funny, you just kind of slide off of it.

Easy walk to Attiki metro / 723 bus downtown, very modern accommodations, quiet enough, good coffee machine, hot water, good shower, very cozy bed, solid wifi, fast communication with extraordinarily helpful owner. People don't like the effort at energy conservation by pressing a button on the fuse box for hot water, but it heats up fast and was no problem for me. Please note: the box is behind the front door and all you do is press the green button once. Owner has posted signs.

I didn’t liked the matress, it felt a little bit cheap, but anyway was comfortable and acceptable.

The room was comfortable and nice designed. It was very close to the metro and train station ( 5 minutes walking, closer than the gps shows )

The location of the property is not ideal! We arrived around 8pm in the evening on the train and we had to walk 10 minutes to the apartment through a run down neighbourhood. It was fine during the day and our stay was perfect. But we did not feel comfortable taking public transport to the apartment in the dark or walking around the neighbourhood.

Gorgeous apartment! Everything you could need! Comfy bed and fab bathroom! It was lovely!

Great response time from owner and anything we asked for we got! Fast wifi (even though it went out the owner got it fixed quickly) great location, not far from local subway. Easy to navigate.

Perfect for short stays, but not very convenient for long ones.

The communication with the property was extremely smooth and comfortable. Self check-in option is really convenient, especially, if flight is delayed (which was a case for us).

The apartment itself is placed in a rough area and you have to tube to most places.

Air condition located on the top of the bed, so we get I’ll because of it. Also, we paid 35 euro for cleaning in the price,but it was only 1 cleaning for 5 days in the hotel.

The neighborhood is quiet although not as good especially at nights.

We booked without looking into the area, other than how central it was. There were some areas that we felt unsafe walking by (drug use etc.), however were never approached by these people. The room was so great that we could overlook this!

We loved how clean and modern our room was! We could genuinely relax here after a day of sightseeing. There were great facilities in the room too - a water filter, coffee machine and air conditioning in our lounge and bedroom. Will be recommending this to all of our friends and family that stop in Athens!

It’s a bit far from city center especially if the transportation is hard to figure for you.

The bed was very comfortable and the space is spacious.They were very responsive and as soon as we messaged about the broken hair dryer a brand new one was brought to our door.

I have no complaints about the property. Many of the reviews complained of a bad/unsafe area or inconvenient location but I have to disagree. The area is a bit outside of the city center, and therefore is it not as pretty as other areas of Athens but i never felt unsafe. It is a short walk to the metro station that takes you directly into the center of the city by all the attractions. There is even a great tavern right up the street with friendly staff and great food! I would happily stay here again if I ever come back to Athens!

Great modern property with clean facilities and convenient location near the metro station. The host is very easy to contact and we had no issues checking in or out. We even arrived early and were able to check in early!
