In this price i would like better mattress and air-conditioning which wasn't needed but if someone travels summertime is something to consider Also if you don't like the sound of tram passing could be an issue not for me though

I just came from a stay in rural Czechia so I had to get used to the noise of a city again. But that is a subjective thing. Luckily the windows isolate well so if you close it, you don't hear it that much.

Very good location: near a tramstop and Holesovice train/metro station. The room was what I expected. The breakfast was also quite good: both English and continental. There is a minimarket nearby should you need some small things and there is a big park nearby, ideal for a morning walk (or any time of the day).

Staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. The rooms were great, clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of food and drink. The location is great as well to get into the centre of prague. I would recommend it to anyone.

I really like the stay in this hotel, the location is amazing - just a few meters from to tram stop which will take you to the city center in like 10 minutes. Breakfast is amazing in here and the beds are very comfortable. Value for the money is great. The rooms are small, but you do not really need much if want to explore the city :)

Most nights were very quiet except for one where a laundry machine, from my guess, was working throughout the night.

It was quite clean and tidy, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of tasty food.

Although the rooms were clean they were really really small and a little lifeless (grey walls, little picture on one wall but that’s it). The size and interior didn’t bother us much but we almost had no space to open our hand luggage sized suitcases. What I really disliked was the humidity and moist/mouldy smell in the breakfast room (it’s in the basement). We were quite sceptical about the cleanliness in the kitchen because of it and didn’t eat there..

The staff at the reception were really friendly. The Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The AC wasn’t working properly in our room, we had to open the window when it got too warm.

Please note that the walls are very thin, so you hear everything from the neigbouring room or bathroom. For me this was ok since I sleep well, but this may be really disturbing.

Shared bathrooms are never easy, it would be a great idea to put a wash basin in the toilet. I couldn't wash my hands since there was a person in the shower.

Location was well situated with both tram and train easily accessible. Rooms had great privacy.
