The location is not really central, but again, we had a car and we needed a stop before taking a flight from the nearest Thessaloniki airport, which is about 15 minutes away.

The stay was really good, one of the best places in Greece so far, we just had a short stay for the proximity to the airport. Really comfortable, great facilities, clean. Washing machine, many cooking tools, cutlery.. Clear and quick communication with the host.

The bed was not great, but ok. However, it felt a bit unstable - apparently some support beam had fallen off. The sleep couch was pretty bad, though. We knew it would be a couch, not a bed, but this one wasn’t comfortable. Got some back pain in the morning.

Literally everything except the sleeping situation. Very modern, all as described. Very nice pool area downstairs.

The place is very clean, close to the sea. It is very easy to get a key. Every question is answered immediately. Highly recommended especially in summer because there is a pool near the building

Everything was excellent! Prior to arrival we've got all the necessary instructions for getting the keys. Besides the host was available all the time in case of any questions from our side. We came rather late, but that didn't cause any problems with settling in. The room was pretty nice, very clean, equipped with all the required appliances both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. There was a spacious parking and a swimming pool (sure we haven't used it due to the weather, but anyway it's present there ))) The shops, beach and cafes were within the walking distance.

Just opened in 2021. New house with apartments. Swimming pool and bbq place. Everything new and very clean inside. Easy access. Internet OK. Free parking around. Few steps to sea front. Few steps to big supermarket. Central square with tavernas is in 5 min. walk along the sea. Close to airport. Highly recommended.

You can enjoy the beach, the warm and clear water which is only 5 minutes away by foot from the Olive 101. You can travel to Thessaloniki from Perea using the Karavaki boat (www.karavakithess.com), which is a great experience. You can try the local fresh food from a various restaurants on the beach. 2. We found the price very good compared with the alternatives I had at the moment we checked-in and taking into consideration the great provided facilities. 3. The check-in was a very easy self check-in process. I received all instructions from the host on Booking and I had no problem at all. 4. The accommodation is an apartment, part of a building hosting 9 apartments. The building was band new when we checked in, we were the first persons staying in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, from plates and cutlery to iron and hairdryer. 5. Everything was sparkling clean - the TV, AC, microwave, fridge, furniture, all brand new unused until we arrived. 6. Very quiet! The apartment is very good isolated and is located in a quiet area as well. 8. Great experience! Highly recommended! If we will ever come back in Perea, we will definitely consider Olive 101 as a place to stay during our holiday.

very hot apartment with little ventilation. it has a balcony which is exposed to sun from early in the morning and would benefit from a sun canopy or an umbrella otherwise the extra outdoors space isn’t usable

Modern, compact apartment in close distance to the airport. Very close to the beach and local bar and restaurants. Coffee shop just round the corner and bakery, cross the road. Yummy gyros 500m away. Everything what you need. Roof garden( unfortunately locked during our stay) with the view.
