i love everything in here.

oh i really love OC. it only took less than 5 minute from Kawaguchi-ko Station. which as closed as if you want to get 7-eleven or Lawson, or any kind of restaurant arround Kawaguchiko St. you can also see Mt. Fuji from your room! the room was clean and they provide tatami which is my very first experience. the staff was so friendly and kind. he inform anything thay i need. you can drop/kepe your lugagge at the hotel so no need to worry about that. they have laundry facilities you can use with the operasional time. they have seperated toilet for women. and all the things here was so clean. i love it!

We loved the close proximity to the to the train and bus station. Our room was cosy and warm and the Futon were comfortable.The toilets were shared but just outside the room.Showers were downstairs.The public kitchen and lounge room was well equipped. Close to Lawsons and 711 which makes self catering easy.Our room 202 had a view of Mt Fuji!! We would love to stay again. Special mention to staff member Shoki who was very friendly and helpful.

Really close 2 mins walk to Kawaguchiko station. There is a space for luggage storage but it is just a bike lock. There is a common area with a kitchen and dining space, and the cupboards are full of tableware. Our room is a decent size and the beds were pretty comfortable, although it did get a bit cold at night. We stepped out at night to see the stars, and you can see Mount Fuji from the room too. Would recommend this place!

Stairs up to 2nd floor are rather steep, prob best not to move luggage down in their inside slippers! For whatever reason my room was lacking a towel and as 9pm end of staffing too late to raise, and no one there in the morning til 9am. I was lucky to find a spare downstairs next morning

The location is only a 3 minute walk from the station. Full very well equipped kitchen with microwaves for heating up convenience store food. 4 different sizes of glasses for drinks! Nice lounging and sitting area. Place is modern traditional with sliding screens on windows and doorways separating downstairs areas. Largish futon room, with photo instructions how to spread it out. I only spent one night in town but would certainly highly recommend to anyone else as cheapest and best option overall with great location. I stayed on 2nd floor and three toilets upstairs, with four shower rooms all on 1st level but all good.

We really liked this guesthouse. There was a lovely vibe to the place. The staff were very friendly and helped us by looking after our luggage before check-in and after check out. The organisation of the luggage service was really wonderful. The room was lovely - the beds extra comfy. We saw that you could rent bikes which we didn't do but wish we had. The buses can be very full with tourists and we believe to cycle would have been a better expeirience. The shower rooms and bathrooms were all clean. We were lucky to have a fridge right outside of our room so we had quick access to our breakfast. Also a really great location near to the station.

Deduct 2 points because the employee is not at the hotel all time and difficult to find employee. When going out at night the door is stuck and cannot be entered in hotel.It was fortunated that other guests heard about knock door and came to open for it.

We stayed here one night Oct 11. It was in a really convenient location, less than 2 min walk to the train station. The room was spotless and comfortable. Bathroom and showers extremely clean. And all for a very affordable price! Best of all was the warm hospitality. The young man who helped was very kind and helpful, allowing us to store our bags early and also the day after. Just the best. I rarely give 10s but this place is a gem!

The OC Guesthouse was in a fabulous location, easy walking distance to the station and a number of Lawson and 7Eleven mini marts, as well as souvenir shops. The shared common areas such as the bathrooms, showers, kitchen and laundry facilities were clean and well signposted in English as well as Japanese. Rooms were basic but well equipped and quiet, despite being in a guesthouse configuration.
