The running water was a bit dirty on the second day, likely to construction work below. At night it could get a little noisy from the nearby bar/beach activities

This room has an amazing view of Chenang Beach. Could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

The room is dated. Some of the furniture has peeled off, there is no door stopper, and sink tap is loose.

The location of the property is great. It’s right by the beach, dataran is next to the resort and a lot of eateries nearby. While the room has basic amenities, it gets its job done. Housekeeping provides mineral bottles and soap daily. On our first night, there were black sentiments in the toilet and the floor was sandy - we informed the reception and they cleaned it well.

Reception service is not good. We arrived late in the evening and in the front desk was only one security man. We gave our booking information(everything was printed out) and still they could not find it and asked additional deposit money ( everything, 5 nights was payed 2 months ago already via Agoda). Really unfriendly service.

There is a fire show right outside the hotel, so the music is on till midnight. But we knew this in advance, so it was no problem at all. They do stop at midnight. After that it's quiet. Would have been nice a few sun loungers by the small pool but again it was not advertised so it's fine. There are lots of young kids on the pool but mainly in the morning. In the afternoon it is quiet and the water is super clean!!

The location was perfect, right on the beach front surrounded by shops and restaurants. Really good! The staff was nice and friendly, very polite , especially the ladies at reception and the lovely lady that cooked lovely omelette and fried eggs!! I was reading other comments about cleanliness, but I found it very clean, just a bit dated so a bit of mould in the bathroom, but the towels were always changed, water and toiletries re-filled. Also the lobby it's true it looks dirty but it's because tourists come straight from the beach with sandy feet. I saw them cleaning the lobby and the communal areas. Overall very pleased with this accommodation.

The fire shows every night on the beach was very loud till passed 1:30am and because our room facing the beach and it was impossible to try to sleep every night, we complained to the hotel and they said they can’t do anything about it😭😭 The water activities on the beach is very concerning for anybody wanting to swim, going swimming felt like playing in traffic, and not enjoyable.

Incredible location being right on the beach however it did mean that it was super loud every night and we couldnt sleep until midnight. We were there during Chinese New Year so am not sure if it is usually every week night or usually just weekends. The room was really clean and what we expected from what we were paying. Definitely recommend the location! Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were lovely.
