Everything was amazing.

Such a great value, high standard apartment within easy walking distance to central KL. Very clean and well looked after. I extended my stay from one to three weeks, and will definitely hope to return in the future.

There are a lot of rules and extra charges for normal requests. The receptionist desk is a little bit odd, not like the usual hotel placement

Unclear if any housekeeping or changing of towels and bedding is included in the price of stay. No instructions on how to use washer/dryer or how to order change of bedding and towels including price of service. No hooks to hang towels anywhere, no balcony. Bed a bit hard and lumpy.

It was unclear form the messages that the reception office was in the basement carpark this would have alleviated the fears from the impression you would meet some random person for the key in an underground carpark. Check out was tricky as we were leaving early and thye like to check apartments before you get your cash bond back, incidentally this can be in any currency again not explained till you arrive. I booked the apartments together but we were 3 floors apart and your key only lets you go to your floor. This was not a problem as I could go down the fire stairs to reach them if they needed milk etc but being elderly I would have liked them nearer us so I could show them how to switch on water heater etc. Instead they would be phoning me and I'm dashing up and down the stairs. No saucepans to cook up breakfast for elderly relatives.

Very modern appartment , very quiet, excellent bathroom and hot water. Great airconditioning, lighting very good. Our elderly family had a 2bedroomed appartment with amazing views.Comfortable bed and crisp sheets.Excellent security in appartments and fast elevators. Pool area was wonderful with jets aswell for massages.

Best price for 3 or 4 people, i've got best view in the corner, i can see both of the twin towers and KL tower, spacious apartment ... luxury interior ... complete facilities ... great swimming pool at 52 floor ... check-in process was easy ... the staff was very helpfull. Thanks a lot :) next time, i will be back to this apartement again !!! 100000/10 !!!

The mysterious 300R deposit is insane. I booked this place because I could pay with credit card and all of a sudden they tell me I have to pay a cash deposit. All the rules are crazy too. I was afraid to touch anything.

The traffic in and out to city can be really bad during peak hour as you can see through the windows from your unit. Allow extra time if check out direct to airport .

The unit is spacy,clean aircon & fridge are cool, included washing machine, walk to supermarket inside Mall for bottle water and soft drink,, Ahor street food day and night, In Jalan Bukit Bintang, lots of money exchanger, Super Mall, Walk 15min to twin tower. The swimming pool is clean and background view of twin tower and tower are terrific. The property security is tight, just follow the security guide instruction for check in and out avoid large sum of luggges inside the building hall. The receiption is located in B1 floor, they accept forgein money for security bond, No trouble to get back the money when Check out. There is a sliding door seperate the kittchen and bedroom, but i do appreciated the last guest did not cook there is no food smell. There are plenty of street food , resturant and bar near by , no need for cooking. there is rubbish collecting room on my floor. there is a room inside the receiption for guest to leave the luggage.
