1. Narrow space for car parking. Every time you need to do reverse parking. But I'm OK with it. 2. My room is a bit further. I need to run to the living area under the rain for a glass of hot drinking water. 3. No security but seems like it's a safe area.

1. Value of money compared to the accommodation's environment. 2. A bit away from the Tanah Rata Town but still within walking distance. Local mini-attractions are also nearby including Cameron Highland's Bus Terminal. 3. Bed & pillow + blanket are comfortable. A towel is also provided. 4. Cold & hot water shower with good water pressure. 5. Clean & tidy. 6. I like their mini garden and seats.

Disliked · The building has to entrances. First time we booked room in different part of the building and it was great. This time the room was in the same part of the building as reception and the kitchen so it was pretty noisy. And there were only one or two other guests there, I can not imagine to stay there when it is full of people.

We stayed in the guesthouse twice - this was second time, because we loved it. The room was we booked this time was bigger than the previous once and more comfortable.

If there were somebody in the next room you could hear every word.

The room was small with no shelf or anything, but we really liked it. It was small but clean. The guesthouse is very close to the town but it is sort of hidden and hence very quite. There is nice space outside the guesthouse where you can sit and enjoy coffee or tea (or whatever). Oh, and tea and coffee is free all the time

The room is small for 4 people, the bathroom is also small.

We lived 200 m from the center, there are many restaurants and shops everywhere. The house is quiet and clean. Coffee and tea available, outdoor seating.

Walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you as you will hear your neighbours talk or snore… The bathrooms could do with a little revamp. If you prefer a luxury setting do not stay here.

Although check in was until 22.00hrs the owner Jackie waited for us until we arrived, which we were very grateful for :). Tea/Coffee making facilities provided in main building. Centrally located (3min walk) yet hidden away in a quieter, greener area. Tables and chairs are set outside which was lovely. We booked our excursions with Jackie which made things easy. There is a laundry salon very close by.

There was no intercom, but it was not really required since someone was always around to help. Blankents shall me thicker or more in number.

Mr. Jeki was really helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable. He also allowed us to choose a room as we were going to stay for more time. They provide bikes and free tea coffee. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to stay in the common area, which has a sofa. The area is close to all the necessary services like restaurants, cafes, laundry and bus station. The reception man talked with a little bit of rudeness, he seemed to get easily triggered and impatient with everyone he talked to, including myself. It was not welcoming to talk to him. Also the private room I got was next to the reception and the windows were glass and it was so loud I could literally hear all conversations from reception, thats why I also know what I said earlier🙃😂.

The hot water heater was missing the control dial. So it could only be mildly warm.
