Whilst housekeeping kept room tidy the tables / flat surface weren't clean with increased visibility of dust.

Beautiful location next to Vondelpark - lovely to walk through day or night. The room was modern and spacious, including the bathroom. We stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast provide was great, but would like to se some variety over the period. Nearest tram is about 10min walk - which operates regularly into Amsterdam and 20min walk to get to Rijksmuseum. Make sure you come with comfortable walking shoes - its better to see Amsterdam by foot, than by tram.

Enjoyed breakfasts, room was pretty and comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant one night when we had a downpour and didn't want to go out to eat. Staff were all personable and helpful. It was a great stay! Also enjoyed the hotel bikes and the beautiful park across the street. Very nice neighborhood and great location close to good restaurants and museums.

The location was in a quiet area near the Vondelpark. Easy connections to the city center. The personnel were very friendly and helpful with any request.

The room was a bit too small, maybe 2,50m wide, so for moving around the bed there was maybe 50cm only

The design and location of bathrooms were very bad. Having to sleep next to the bathrooms which are separated by glass panel box of the bathroom was very uncomfortable.

Like that it was away from the very busy downtown area but close enough to walk everywhere. Set in a very nice neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Beautiful Vondelpark Park & some restaurants. Upgraded from smallest room to next size up…. So much better size for 2 adults & 2 suitcases!

We thought that restaurant, which we believe to be independent of the hotel, was very over priced. The size of the portions did not warrant the price paid.

We thought the location was lovely. Near the lovely park, very quiet but near a nice choice of restaurants walking in distance and also the tram stop was also very close by. The breakfasts were great and the staff all extremely friendly and efficient.

The room was spacious, lots of natural light, windows could be opened, clean, proper dedicated desk, great electronic controls: clear display and even the curtains were controlled from there. Good bathroom with walk-in rain shower etc etc

Great services and breakfast, the staff was very helpful and overall we had a great stay. the location is nice, has some good restaurants options around and it's a short tram travel to reach the city center.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable. The bar was a welcome place to enjoy a drink and a lite bite in the evenings after a busy day in Amsterdam.

Air conditioning is centrally controlled from reception. Controls in your room do absolutely nothing. We had to specifically request air con to be switched on and system seems to revert back to off by default at 11:00 each day.

Location is absolutely incredible. Hotel itself is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The team are also making a big effort in terms of sustainability. Folks working there are lovely and really helpful.

Found it a bit of a maze to get from the hotel entrance(s) up to the lifts/rooms. Would have appreciated a microwave on the premises for guests to use.

Location near Vondelpark, best shower ever, and nice amenities in the room like espresso machine and mini fridge (with complimentary water).
