Not the best option if you are carrying heavy luggage, because the access involves lots of narrow steps and the rooms are on floors 2, 3 and 4.

Stairs were a killer. Some staff more helpful then others. Misleading signs all over the place with different times for breakfast, checkout etc. was told breakfast from 7 by staff on check it, but signs say 8. Check out time on booking says 11, signs say 10.30.

Location was amazing, short walk from central station, short walk to all the must see sights of Amsterdam. For the price paid, the room was as expected, a basic place to rest your head. Don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room.

Location.We stayed one Saturday night on the same day as Kings birthday celebrations.Amsterdam was expensive do K went for cheap and not so cheerful but in the end it worked out ok.I had read previous views do was not completely taken unaware.

The property doesn’t have any lift (just like most of the buildings of Amsterdam) and the staircase is very steep which can be risky to move up and down with your heavy luggages.

The location is amazing. It’s literally in the heart of the Amsterdam city. The property will give you easy access to all the top tourist attractions :)

The room car keys that we had sometimes stopped working so at one point, we were left in hallway in towels after showering as facilities are shared and not en-suite, and we had to go down two flights of stairs to reception to re-activate the room keys......

Location was good, breakfast was okay as was everything else for a budget accommodation, maybe slightly overpriced for what you get but then Amsterdam is very pricey and expensive generally so probably the rates reflect the market here.....

the matresses on the bed were quite thin and you could feel that the springs were worn. the toilet was on the hallway and had to be shared with other people staying on the floor, which wouldnt be an issue if people tried to keep the toilet clean.

the location was optimal for our visit to Amsterdam. the room, while small, was sufficient to store our bags while we were out. the given keycard to access the room was also used to open the front door 24/7

The rooms didn't have fresh towels we had to ask and parts of the room wasnt clean, hairs found in the shower and stains on the bed covers etc.

The location was great, and the staff were super friendly and even offered us an umbrella when it was raining heavily one morning. The location of this hotel really makes up for the other faults we had found. We were a couple staying for a few days, so we knew it was a budget hotel. we just wished our room was a little cleaner.

I have requested to have a double bed as we are a couple since there was an option for 2 single bed or double bed. Theyve provided us a room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. We went to the reception cause it might be an error and they said it wasnt. That made the stay a lot harder as the room was already small and it was really hard to move. The room also was really dirty. Ex. Hairs on the toilet and faucet area, empty bottle of water under the bed and some papers/receipt underneath. We found BED BUGS ON OUR BED as well which made us very uncomfortable in sleeping. Overall, aside from the friendly staff in the morning and breakfast, it was a bad experience for us (room wise).
