Location as advertised is rather far from the airport and central part of Amsterdam. Rooms have no water. As per the pricing, water or a bottle should be inclusive Airport shuttle is not indicated as chargeable in confirmation message

We had a reservation in the restaurant, ordered 2 steaks with 2 sides, that was forgotten so arrived late by the time the steaks were cold, we were not charged for the sides. Fair enough. Restaurant was not busy at the time so probably just more attention needed,

Room all necessities are available. Excellent linen and towels. Clean. The bathroom tiles need a wipe over. Are the window ever cleaned?? Beautiful view of Rembrandt Park. Breakfast is bountiful an extensive selection. Staff is quick and attentive to replace empties.

The staff lost my uber eats order ruining 160.00 meal. The staff did not make coffee 24 hours as promised.

The bedsheets were slightly stained before I got in to them. No mini fridge in the room. No water in the room or water fountains although they do have ice machines. Although so close to beautiful Rembrandtpark it’s a far walk in to the centre so if you don’t plan on cycling take in mind you might need metros.

Check in and check out was quick and painless. The price/ deal I got on booking.com was amazing value! The room was big, clean, well equipped with a coffee machine and had the most gorgeous view! I was on floor 15! The rooftop terrace was beautiful as it was a sunny day and a handy snack bar in reception! Also the bike rental is brilliant - I rented one for a day for €18!

The cooked breakfast wasn't very hot, and the restaurant in the evening had far too much base on the music. Being too loud and basey didn't make it easy to talk.

Lovely place,helpful staff. We had 2 evening meals here which were very good and a breakfast. There was a great choice of breakfast .

Room wasn’t ready on time. Towels weren’t changed even though a request was put in. Being hasselled for breakfast payment on return, even though we paid.

A great location and very easy to get around using the tram. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. It was also very peaceful and we slept really well on all nights. I’d stay here again!

Upon our arrival, we discovered our room wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM, even though we arrived a little earlier. After taking a coffee break, we returned to find that our room was still not prepared, despite my request for a city view months ago. Furthermore, the issue with the room I had booked could not be resolved. Consequently, I was offered an alternative room overlooking the highway, which was not ideal. To make matters worse, I was surprised to find out that the City Tax was actually 12%, instead of the 8% I thought I had paid when booking with Booking.com. I would advise you to be aware of this when booking with them. We did ask for the room to be clean each time, and to refill the coffee machine, but this wasn't the case on one occasion, which meant having to go to reception to get a few extra coffee pods; not the end of the world but you expect a certain level of service.

Let's start with location; when viewing this hotel for the first time, it seemed miles away from the city centre, but it was only a 20/30 minutes tram ride on the number 13 tram or 7, one stop away from the hotel from the main station as long as you remember to tap in and tap out each time. The room we ended up upgrading was fantastic, with loads of rooms and a great view of the city with a bath and shower. The bed was so large and comfortable that we both had a great night's sleep. Please bear in mind that on Fridays & Saturday nights, the bar on the 17th floor plays music until the late hours. Breakfast was great, and it was everything you would expect from this type of hotel. If you're early enough, you get a great view from the 17th floor.
