They actualy gave a call and helped with direction. lent us a google chromecast. shops were very close, giethoorn was a few minutes walk. we used the washing and drying facilities for a very cheap rate.

The chalet was very very hot. We arrived at around 6 pm on a spring day (it was around 20 degrees during the day), and it felt like we were inside an oven. There was a big AC in the living room, but the cool air didn't reach the bedrooms. Then we opened the windows and woke up to a room full of mosquitoes and a big spider. For me, this place is a big no-go for summer. In autumn and winter, it might be pleasant.

The location was good, pretty close to the parking lot. The place was clean and organized.

Walls are very thin, so u here everything that happens in the house

Perfect place, 1 min walk from the centre, but in a nice and private area, perfect to enjoy some relax. House is very well equipped. The staff prepared for us a boat (we just asked 1 hour before) at a good price, lovely to do a couple hours tour around the area

There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders.. Access to the place is a little difficult and no restaurant nearby nor does the property have any restaurants. The price is a bit high even for off season..

We stay during winter, so not many people and very cold because the chalet was near to the open water.

The chalet was clean and comfortable. The best part is the kitchen, full of kitchen utensils. Near to the PLUS supermarket, easy to buy groceries.

There were no curtains on the kitchen's window or the glass house door opposing the bathroom and bedroom. there was no way to block them for more privacy.

Everything was wonderful, but I wished there was a sieve on the window so that I could open it at night so we could enjoy the cool air, but we could not because the area was teeming with annoying insects and mosquitoes , Also, it was not easy to find the keys to the chalet. If by chance a crew member had not been there, it would have been very difficult to find the location of the key. More details must be provided in the email.

It was a wonderful, new chalet with air conditioning, and the manufacturing quality of the chalet was at a wonderful level. The kitchen was very excellent, the kitchen equipment was also excellent, the outdoor seating was nice, high-quality internet, it was really wonderful, the behavior of the landlord was very excellent and the staff as well.

The air conditioning power was a little weak, so for hot summer days it was difficult for the room to be cool quickly.

Modern property, well furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. Great location, and a good variety of services (eg: boat rental) associated to the property. The managers of the property communicated well and accommodated our requests to the best possible extent. Kitchen is also well stocked with cutlery and crockery. Nice outdoor sit-out area to have a cold beer in the evenings or a hot coffee in the morning. The boats available for rental are also very well maintained and reasonably priced.
