It is located on a busy street with a lot of traffic. Forget about using the kitchen, too much hassle; you need to get pots from reception and carry it down to the kitchen. I called the hostel but it was answered by voice in German?

A really well run hostel with a feel of a hotel. Professional reception, very nice room with a bathroom. Comfy beds, nice bedding. There was even a small TV in the room. Welcome travelers of all ages.

We would have loved a discount since we arrived very late (early hours of the morning). Also, some of the bunk beds were not dressed upon arrival.

surprisingly, there wasn't any locker in my room (shared space) -- of course I could lock my things in my suitcase -- but -- found that a little surprising. It could be an exception, meaning that maybe my room was designated as a family room (????) so make sure you check that out (if it's a concern). There is a small kitchen, but don't expect much. The breakfast was very good, but, for Warsaw standards, kinda expensive.

This is the first time I've stayed in the A&O chain -- I was so completely satisfied. The check-in guy was sooooo nice to ensure I got a bottom bunk. The room was exceptionally clean & very modern -- very comfy beds, great shower, very self-contained bathroom. Only 10 minutes by bus from the train station. A lot of spacious room in the hostel & TV room/reception area to "hang out". There's a small kitchen & fridge area -- not overly stacked with stuff & no windows, but it exists. I had the breakfast -- kinda expensive, but I ate lots & lots (adequate variety, buffet) This hostel was a completely lovely surprise, compared to other hostels I've stayed in, in Warsaw! I would definitely stay there again!

We booked a private room for three people, but we had to make the third bed for ourselves. The guy at the front desk said that was their standard. Nice, but you should advertise it instead of writing it in fine print.

I liked this place a lot! Modern, tidy, nice located I used it for one night stop and it was perfect like a place to rest (more or less close to airport and train station). You can use an app to make everything contactless (even open the room), but reception guys also helped a lot with questions

It was available only small towels. The luggage storage is available as a locker with payment by the time that you wish to leave there. Only accepts cards and it's in euros. It's safer, but kinda expensive for low budget travelers and the lowest point for the hotel. I paid 10 euros for 8 hours.

The building is really tidy and clean. Easy to locate and to go around, since there's tram and bus stops in front of.

Kitchen a big let down.i had my own plate, bowl, and cutlery, so I used the microwave only, which I found wasn't working on my last day.

Good stay in a 4 bedded room with bathroom, however, not a lot of room for bags and no lockers.

The pressure in the water tap is almost nil. It's right away to a very traffic road so if you keep your window open heavy vehicles noice.

Forgot my toothbrush in a room. Came back the next day, was told - "it wasn't there". Slightly disappointing experience. The res was quite good.
