Reception staff were disinterested; what’s with the balloons in the entrance?? Spoils the quite elegant look.

Excellent position overlooking the canal. Easy walk into the main town and 1.5 km from the WW2 museum.

The bed was rather hard and the pillows provided were not that good.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of delicate choices. Also not to forget was the modern and well-equipped basement spa with indoor swimming pool (good size for swimming), saunas and whirlpool.

The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed having a balcony with a view of the water. The staff were helpful and the spa was well maintained. The highlight was the breakfasts. The variety of made-to-order and buffet options at breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is a short walk from the old town, in a quiet location. My husband really liked the location for going running each morning. Highly recommend staying at the Hotel Almond.

Found the width of bed a bit too small for our taste, but that’s just a personal preference.

Just 10 minutes walking distance from the old town. So if you are looking to be just slightly outside of the bustle and hustle this hotel is perfect. Good size spa facilities (steam bath, dry sauna, jacuzzi, pool). Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Breakfast was amazing so many cold, hot and cooked options. The spa was nice with a wonderful pool and great spa treatments. Myself and my friend were very happy enjoying our treatments. The staff at reception were great when we asked them to print flight tickets and such.

The location is a little out of the main centre, but honestly this is a very small thing, 5 min walk

The spa facilities where really nice also the massage was exceptional, the breakfast was delicious with so many options. The restaurant served us a delicious steak and the barmaid made the best mojitos

Stains on hall carpets, Very small width of beds with small duvet in the solo rooms, these beds need to be changed to a larger size. Breakfast is too expensive at £18 per person (90 zloty) we had excellent freshly cooked breakfast walking into Gdansk for £10=£12 per person.

Great Spa area which has a large indoor pool great for swimming. Friendly staff. Fast lifts to upper floors, never had to wait. Nice reception area.

The hotel was extremely clean with big spacious rooms and quite close to the Old town. The biggest plus of this hotel is that the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are included in the room price. The SPA facilities are also available at an extra cost. The staff were very polite and helpful. I had requested for a room with the riverside view and they granted my request. I was very happy.

The spa was not very peaceful at all. Too many people for the space that there was.

Clean and comfortable. Staff really helpful and friendly. When I asked for an extra pillow this arrived really quick. Also helped with taxi and also help for a taxi number for other travel.

It's funny that the robes for the spa were very small. The size of the robes was that of a child. And we had to go to the spa after them. Robes are usually already in the rooms. Breakfast could have had more vegan food. The glass in the bathroom could have been glass, not disposable.

Very big and clean room. I liked that the room had a balcony. Good as the room had a safe for valuables and documents. Hotel in general with a cool modern design. It is convenient that there is an elevator.

I was not happy with 2 single beds connected, instead, 1 big bed, for which I asked. But it is not a big issue.

Everything was satisfactory. We chose the hotel particularly due to the hotel's prime location and the availability of a sauna. However, I would recommend extending the sauna's operational hours, as we were informed it closes at 8 pm and it was too early. We plan use sauna after dinner in the city, so , before 8pm no chance.

It could just be me being overly fussy but a 4 star hotel shouldn't have a shower door that allows the water to leak out into the main bathroom area. I'm sure they were aware of the problem as there was a towel placed by the shower door upon arrival. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.

The reception area looks amazing and the room was almost perfect. It's in a great location and has plenty of attractions nearby. The staff in the hotel were friendly and answered any questions that we posed, we need to travel back to Gdansk next month and will probably stay here again then.

location was nice, 5 minutes walk to center and also main train station that we used to travel a couple of times to Sopot.
