How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A few smaller issues: 1. There were only 2 coat hangers in our room and 2 trouser hangers. We were travelling for my son's wedding, so had a number of outfits, shirts and trousers to hang up, but with only one hanger of each type for my husband and I, it made it very awkward. I asked for more.hanhers but there were none available. 2. The iron was missing.from the ironing room. Again, I asked if there was another and there was not. They presumed that a guest had taken it to their room and not returned it, and it would be found by housekeeping the next day. However, this is not good for the guest who has an important event and whose clothes have been crushed either in their case or by being piled on a single hanger with other clothes. With a few hundred guests in the hotel, I would expect a 2nd iron to be available in such circumstances. I would not mind paying a refundable deposit to access it if necessary. 3..Housekeeping didn't replace the used coffee sachets, so we were left without on our last day. It would also be nice to have milk powders or small individual milk pots for those that drink coffee/tea with milk.
Location is excellent, staff were very helpful as far as they could go, beds are very comfortable and the hotel has a very pleasant and modern air about it. Decor is lovely and price.is great value.

Excellent hotel conveniently located near the old town square. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful design of the hotel and it was overall a very enjoyable stay

Not that I didn't like it. Just never come across before.. The code was required to open the door..
Location close to Main Square. Public transport accessible within walking distance. Breakfast available in the hotel. Clean and spacious room with large comfortable bed.

There is no bar in the hotel, and no fridge in the room.
Fantastic location- super close to all attractions in the old town. Lots of gift restaurants and convenience stores around. Very comfortable beds, very clean, modern bathrooms. Great value for money.

a safety deposit box would be good.
Great location, very central. Very clean good sized room and very comfortable bed, staff polite and friendly. Hotel cleaned to a high standard. Good value for money. If we return to Poznan we would definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel deserves more stars as its absolutely great, well located, room was spacious with a comfortable bed…I don’t understand how it goes without more stars than deserved. Absolutely recommended

Liked it all.
Fabulous room - spacious, clean & comfortable. We thoroughly recommend a stay here. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Central location and only a short walk to many restaurants & cafes. Parking is available on site with a direct access lift.

The aircon didn't really work very well and even with very cool temperatures outside, the rooms were very warm. We couldn't cool ours easily except by opening the window (which let a lot of noise in from street works and crowds of people). The foam mattresses are very warm too, so even in March, our sleep was disturbed by overheating. My friend was also not impressed with the coffee served at breakfast, so we had further breakfasts later on our stay at a local kawiarnia.
It is a lovely, clean, and bright hotel, great sound-proofing via triple-glazed windows, and bedrooms have attractive decor. Breakfast is plentiful, as is the hot water in the shower, and the hotel is in a great location. Staff were very welcoming (although I am not convinced my queries re cooling the room were followed up).

The water in the shower drains away very slowly so the tray fills up and can spill out into the bathroom if not careful. We had to keep stopping and starting the shower. Only a small thing though, we had a great stay!
Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk down into the main square. The hotel was bright and airy. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The room was well equipped and quiet, we liked that we could play music through the YouTube music app on the TV which was great whilst getting ready. The area in reception to buy cold drinks and snacks was a nice surprise and even better that it's open 24 hours, we didn't arrive until 2.30am so it was great to be able to get a cold drink. Tip: take a reusable water bottle to fill up each day from the machine in the reception area, there is still and sparking water available. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend a stay here.

A perfectly placed hotel in teh centre of Poznan. Great places to eat and drink nearby. Beds comfy and room spotlessly clean. Couldn't have asked for anymore and a bargain price.
