First, It’s confusing the instruction to check in because it wasn’t matching to the actual place. Instruction said that we have to go to the staircase number 2 after going though the first gate. However there’s no number showing on the door, so it’s better to say “staircase next to the first gate”. Plus we didn’t need any passcode for that staircase even though the instruction said the passcode to open the door. Secondly, pillow cover smelled terrible like un-dried close. Please use dryer or whatever after washing. Third, a light bulb above washing tub was almost dying. Please change it.

Location is great. It’s close to central but it was still quiet. Room is clean and there are kitchen stuff enough to cook.

The bed sheets are quite thin, I mistook them for mattress cover. The window in my room did not close completely, thus spent a cold night.

The place is located in the heart of Warsaw, with excellent public transport connections. At the same time, it was quiet and peaceful inside. Thorough instructions made the self-check-in very easy.

I did not find it easy to find the apartment with the instructions, also I had a chance to meet the cleaning lady who was very mean to us as soon as we entered the apartment and I had felt unwelcomed since I arrived, however, if you don't speak Polish it probably will not bother you!

The location of the apartment it's great, close to a lot of nice bars and restaurants and public transport. Also, I liked the fact that my room had a desk where I could work from one day.

The room was cold during the night.

The hostel is really close to the city center -10min max by foot- and is in a really safe area. In 150m you can find a good coffee shop and bars. It was clean, and the check-in was super easy. The room had a large wardrobe and was more than enough for one person. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hostel was quiet and my stay there was perfect.I recommend it for sure!

There is no air conditioning or even a fan so at night, in August, it was HOT. There were five rooms and only one toilet and shower so a few times we had to wait. Also on two occasions during our stay there was no toilet paper in the bathroom 👎🏼

Huge room and very comfortable bed. The wifi was excellent. Check in was very easy and the building feels safe as you enter through locked gates and doors before reaching the apartment. Lots of supermarkets nearby and we’d recommend the museum about life under the communist regime which is only one block away.

We had a pleasant stay and felt very well taken care of by Marta and Robert as caring hosts. The room was functional but lovingly decorated with an appealing color concept, the common areas as well. The location of the apartment is perfect for all sightseeing activities (central, many things within walking distance, otherwise great connections to the public transport network). The flat has a very good price-performance ratio for Warsaw and is a recommendation for all who want to feel comfortable without great luxury.

Quite noisy - there is a busy street below and this is the center where a street musician starts playing in the afternoon. Perhaps if you work or with a small child, this is a minus, but personally it did not cause me any particular inconvenience

There was a problem with hot water supply. Unfortunately the problem wasn't solved during my stay (7nights stay). It was very dissapointing and spoiled nearly perfect impression

The room is tiny but cozy. Location is perfect, I can not even think of better location: shops, restaurants, public transportation. In the appartment there is everything that you need to make your stay comfortable: kitchen with frige, microwave and kettle, hairdryer and even iron. Cleaning lady is very nice even thou she speaks only polish always found the way to help and solve a problem.

My bedsheets were wet(shoud dry proper before put on),poor pressure of hot water in shower (can't wash long hair with it) , to make water hot in shower first u have to fully open hot water in tap(just put note about it smwhere on the wall for people not familiar with gasheaters), got problem with passwords for doorkeys intercom gates(can t open the second gate). Cleaning lady arrives every day making great noise around all apt for atleast half of hour. Spoke very loud( by phone or with smb), loudly and intensively opened-closed drawers at the kitchen and doors around all apt so even my bed was shaking. Disturbing.

The towels were musty, gray in color. Toilet and bath for five rooms. There is dust in the room. The cleaner knew that when using water in the kitchen, there would be a problem with water in the shower. And I washed in cold and then in hot water. Extremely unpleasant.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t care how long I spend to get to the room. Unclear guidance how to get into the room and very slow response to my messages with no response to phone call from 8.30 to 10.20 pm (despite they promised to be available until 11pm). Finally I suspect that I got an itch after two nights I spent in this hostel. It was the worst place I have ever rent. Never again

I was with my friend one evening. And that evening there was no hot water. We also did not manage to get there very well, because it is a complex of buildings and there are many codes and we called numbers, but unfortunately no one answered to help us. Fortunately, security from another building helped us.

I didn’t like water installations. Running water was either freezing cold or burning hot, i had warm water for less than one minute, so I think this needs an improvement .

I liked the location, it was 15 min walk to the central train station and less than 10 minutes walk to the city. Near apartment I’ve found plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

It was great. Value for money and more importantly cleanliness was which made me feel this apartment is good to book in future as well. The instructions from the host are pretty easy to follow and they do care about their guests in apartment. Good job and keep up the consistency please ! :-)
