- A bit rundown facilities and furniture. The hotel seems like it used to be very luxorious but better years are behind it. - The breakfast did not offer a lot of variety, I imagine that somebody not used to polish cousine might be disappointed. - Aquapark, although nice, was very dark which diminished the pleasantness.

Though the swimming pool was very good (slides, whirpool, area for children, several pools), the opening hours could be a bit longer (earlier in the morning before breakfast and /or longer in the evening). Despite the numerous positive ratings about food, we were disappointed. The dinner was served very early (17:30 - 19) and we were disappointed by the quality. Breakfast was served from 8 to 10:30 but nobody really checks if any food /drink is missing. There was quite a big choice but I would prefer a more narrow variety of a better quality. Though we did not have any particular problems, we were surprised that the staff did not speakEnglish.

The swimming pool and wellness area are the best asset of this hotel. The room (studio) was OK and clean with a beautiful view on the mountains. It was a bit noisy but nothing too bad.

Very noisy room. Neighbor rooms conversations during late night couldn't let us to sleep. Additionally workers outside the facility started the job early morning and the night was very short.

Nice breakfast, aquapark and clean bedclothes. Beautiful landscape outside. Nice welcome at the reception and clean room. Surprising free taxi to local restaurant. Family place.

Not so modern interior and not so comfortable opening hours of aquapark, cant swim before the breakfast because it opens at 10 am and sauna works from 3 pm

You pay extra for eveything. Last day they did not let us go to the pool. The hotel would not loose anything and the experience would be better. Early dinner from 17:30 to 19:00. At 19:00 the staff is already nervous if you are there still sitting. Who is eating so early? We were else tell that we should wear shoes in the restaurants, but it is writen nowhere. The floor in aquapark is very slippery.

Bufet breakfast and dinner was great. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The room was quite big.

Fitness place needs more maintenance, the machines did not worked well (new strings and oilment needed).

Piss (urine) on the balls. Stains on the sheets. Black mold in the bathroom. Rude staff member when lodging a complaint. No kettle. Lack of normal equipment in a hotel of this standard.

outdated facilities like in 80’s, access to saunas prohibited for 11 years old girls , i recommend next door hotel Biely kamen where you have saunas open for families. i would not come again

They should be more helpfull in case of exeptional situation for example when visitors are going to go out to a trip with tourist office, I mean possibility to have a breakfast a litle earler then usuall. I had wrote to head chief same complaint at that subject but I haven't had answer.

Men's showers before entering the pool have almost no pressure. It's just a minor problem, but just one elevator seems to be shared with all hotel guests. At the time of check out when everyone is trying to reach reception was mission impossible to use it for transport with a baby carriage from the 2nd floor to the reception.

Amazing buffet meals and fabulous service in the kitchen! (It forced me to reconsider my opinion about Polish cuisine!) Nice Skywalk and quite a chip (compared with the similar Skywalks in the Czech Republic) A lot of opportunities to walk and check out nice suedette architecture in most of the buildings in the center of Świeradów-Zdrój Small but very nice aquapark

Maybe it was specific day (23 of october 2022), but if i understood correctly - the hotel restaurant closed already at 19:30. It seems, that restaurants in other nearby hotels were also closed already at 20:00 so we had to search for suitable karczma for dinner. So if you want to have dinner then plan accordingly.

Good location to explore surroundigs and Sky walk. Integrated not big but not small either waterpark. Good beds, good breakfast. Bring a headlamp (i had) should you wish to walk from hotel to the center when it is dark - not all streets have the lights.

I was very disappointed in terms of cleanliness. The shower door was mouldy a fell out of its handles. The carpet was dirty with crumbs on it. For one evening, there was no warm water. When we arrived the room was freezing cold. The doors were dirty. It was not the cheapest price, therefore a huge disappointment. For a hotel where people should be able to relax it was not good.

The aquapark was nice.

The room was small, no balcony, view to a roof. They put us on the same floor as a kids holiday camp - so you could imagine, running, screaming, etc… (no blaming the kids, they were having fun which was absolutely understandable and nice, I’m blaming the hotel organisation that can’t see that this is going to disturb someone that just want to have a chilled weekend). They wanted to charge us the parking (who charges parking of the guests?) - but in the end they discounted it. They didn’t inform us that on Sunday after checkout we could use the spa and wellness area till 14h - so when we were checking out we were already ready to go, so it was disappointing.

The location, breakfast and the spa wellness area were fine.
