I don't like rooms with aircon so it's just a personal dislike Extra charge for car park. In this kind of establishment I would expect this to be included in the room price

The breakfast is nothing special but is still good value for money. It is just missing some lactose-free options, which are standard elsewhere in European hotels.

Very good value for money. The room is perfectly comfortable and provides the basics. The bathroom is also absolutely fine. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Location was great, if you are single or couple then its an easy walk to old town but if you are with family you also have option to catch tram right next to the hotel and you reach old town in 2 stops from hotel. Hotel itself was clean and everything worked as it should, breakfast was good and has required items, just remember that its a budget hotel so dont expect a big continental breakfast. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Again since its a budget hotel the rooms are small but comfy. Common area near reception was good with chairs and couches.

Breakfast was quite diverse and tasty. The hotel is close to the city center. 24-hour registration desk is a bid advantage. Staff is responsive and friendly.

My room did not get tidied during the stay, so after one week it became a little untidy after spending some time in the hotel. personally I also would have preferred if there was a real desk where I can put my feet underneath to do my work, it seemed as if the room was a little too small, or something like a water cooker in the room would have helped because spending 12-14 zl (2,50-3 €) for a coffee is a bit too much. I do not care about the small TV. When I arrived there was the offer of paying about 400 zl for a night in a small room at the weekend. These are not usual prices in Poland!

Breakfasts at this hotel are excellent, very good value for money. You have wide range of regular breakfast food, but also wide range of Polish stuff like cottage cheese,, different sausages, fish etc, which makes the breakfast excellent. I like also the underground garage which is spacious and given that I travel loaded - safe as well. Location is excellent on the banks of river, I always take an evening walk.

- the room could be cleaner, also no cleaning in the room during my stay - bit noisy in the corridors, during the night and morning. Maybe some signs asking for silence during the night could help? - no eletric plugs near the bed

The breakfast was a little basic with limited choice,no pastries and no facility to make toast .

The bedroom is a little small and basic but the bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is spacious and powerful. Overall it fulfilled our expectations, it was well situated for the old town square (5-10 min walk) and plenty of restaurants nearby.
