Ideal destination for a corporate visit. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with excellent facilities. The buildings adjoining the hotel house several top-rated restaurants: Seafood, Thai, Italian, Wine bar. Excellent gym, pool, sauna, cold plunge. We’re definitely returning.

Only one thing I didn't like was the fact that I stated in my booking and paid for extras for an engagement surprise and spoke to the team in advance. However for most hotels the breakfast booking is for the room normally not person and per name. I found this very odd due to the booking process however we managed to sort it out with your team.

Pretty much everything we liked, especially the little details. For example, the wash robes, toothbrush etc provided these things make a big difference. The breakfast was healthy and freshly made and the spa area was beautiful and well maintained. All in all City Park is a wonderful Hotel, with incredible bilingual staff, excellent services and facilities. We have been meaning to stay here for a long time, location wise it is situated perfect for us and in terms of the facilities we couldn't have been more happy with our experience. Thank you very much to your team for looking after us and of course for assisting me in creating such a wonderful engagement surprise.

Very minor comments about the SPA, I remember more confortable chairs in the "salt bath" room and I never understood how and if the cot with UV lights works..

I like the concept of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and the comfort of the bed was what we love the most. The pool was very good and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very nice, the restaurants around the area was of the top of the world.

If I was to suggest one thing for improvement is maybe to put a big sign where an entrance to the hotel is located as it seems most of the first time visitors who are not familiar with the property are getting lost in the compound , especially when arriving at night .

Perfect location within a restored old brewery complex including hotel , multiple shops and restaurants and residential area . Hotel is true 5 stars ( not only by name ) and offers beautiful big rooms and delicious breakfast. Parking on site with chargers for electric vehicles. Big Thank You to Mr Patryk at reception for making our stay even more pleasant.

The wellness area is not big enough, the pool is too deep (160 sm) and it is for swimming but not for having fun with kids. There was only one other family during our stay and it was fantastic but I can not imagine how crowded the wellness area will be if the hotel is at least half booked.

I did not like the fact that I got a room for disabled guests and i could not shower properly due to the set up. I flooded half of the bathroom.. The bath did not hold the water and it had some old mold.

Facilities were great- very nice swimming pool and all the saunas. Cute restaurant and tasty food around. Staff was very kind.

Nice atmosphere of area with many independent restaurants, wine tastings and cafes al less than 2 minutes away. It avoids the rush hour traffic of the city centre. Excellent and easy accessible wellness and pool.

It is located in a complex of renovated red brick buildings with a plenty of restaurants shops and entertainment nearby. A huge variety of choice. Room was really huge and luxurious. A pool is small but not crowdy at all. Worth yo stay 2nights with a spa, restaurant or casino visit

The only thing that was unacceptable, I was given number 10 in the main building. This room is impossible to sleep in as it is direcly above the Air-conditioning extracts for the building. The noise and vibration was sickening. I told a very nice lady about the problem but she was unable to help because the hotel was fully booked. I was unabloe to sleep and relax in this room. I even left the room and sat in the corridor. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, which I would recommend, Never accept room number 10 !!!!!! Additionnally there was the smell of fish from the fish restaurant up till 20.00. I was tolad that was because the ventilation from the fish restauranant runs through this room. So obviously it is leaking.

The whole hotel, facilities, staff and location were great. BUT do not accept room number 10. I recommend the manager to try and sped one whole night in this room on a fully booked night without the option to change the room.
