The room was a little warm, with no heating switched on. Even with the window open.

Location was perfect. Our room was quiet and had all the facilities. Breakfast was first class, so much choice. We ate dinner once and it was really good.

The included buffet breakfast was wonderful. Nice selection of eggs, meats, salads, breads, pastries and espresso. The staff are courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable; and reasonably quiet. There was some noise from local bars nearby. (They do offer ear plugs as well) The hotel location is perfect-- nestled between an old building and large parking area, and directly adjacent to the old town main street. I would stay here again.

The location was perfect. The room was comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful. A special mention here for Patrick, who was a joy. We paid for the buffet breakfast, which was also excellent.

Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Clean room, good facilities, great bathroom and shower. Breakfast - good selection and great coffee. Restaurant / bar at the hotel was great, had a last few drinks in there each night (Friday night Piano night was brilliant). Had lunch on the day we travelled home, couldn't fault anything. Lovely old building, decorated and converted to a high standard, this hotel was a great find and in a brilliant location.

Location, amazing breakfast (a unique breakfast experience with lots of finger food from all around Poland), staff were very helpful, bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, there was instant coffee and some bottles of water for free in the room.

Rooms should have been serviced after 2 days…they were not. Side entrance not obvious when the restaurant had closed. Inadequate knowledge of cocktails in the bar but the staff tried really hard to please! Better towels please..ours were thin and not very big

Perfect location, on the main street and close to bars and restaurants. The breakfast, simply fantastic, every day seemed like a party due to the variety and presentation of the food, although there could be an improvement...the coffee. The room, comfortable and well isolated from outside noises. We love the firm mattress and the cleanliness of the room. We did not use other services offered by the hotel.

The location was perfect, on the main road and close to all the sights but very quiet at night. The room was very clean and modern and all the hallways and the reception were spotless. The reception staff were all lovely and you could leave your luggage until you were ready to check in. We are so grateful for the lady on reception on Monday afternoon who went above and beyond to help us get our lost phone back and translated and spoke to the person who had our phone. We cannot thank you enough. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gdansk.
