How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The pictures on booking are a bit embellished. The facility is overall OK, but it is not very new.
The restaurant offers good choice, nice service and good quality. Nice breakfast as well. Spacious free parking is a plus.

Very friendly staff, location in not busy and loud area, comfortable and clean room and facilities. Special focus on restaurant which serves fantastic food, both for breakfast and dinner, really tasty and choice is amazing!

Everything was fine there.
The hotel is modern, bright and spacious. Our room was clean and comfortable, large enough and well equipped. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of food and drinks. Parking was free across the street. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Air conditioner was not working well, but It might be because of "not season".
Very quite area. Perfect for people who prefere peace and goooood sleep. Near is public transport. 20-30 min by walking you can find nice restaurants, bars, cafe. Huge bed and shower, big room in general. Stuff is friendly. Very pleasent stay! 🤩

Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was very good. Waitress was great. Only one sad thing, that there was no possibility to leave tips by card.

Waiting for swimming pool and shampoo etc stuff can be better. Ventilation a bit old.
Excellent breakfast and good restaurant for dinner. Very nice staffs and friendly to children. Parking is also convenient and free of charge.

Some things at breakfast were not available when we get there, and till the end of the breakfast it was more than 1 hour. So this is the only thing to make better.
The room was spacious and clean and had very comfortable bed

Everything was perfect; the only thing we would say is TV was too small to the size of the room (if you want to watch it from the bed) and would be convenient to have bathrobe in the room when using sauna. The hotel is in the process of adding more SPA facilities, so I hoping bathrobes will be provided in the near future
Spacious room and great size bathroom-wet room. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. Sauna for exclusive use is a great bonus.

I didnt understand the policy of having to leave the tables at 23.00 (i think it was) as they have to prepare the facilities for breakfast. Ok I even understand the policy of bar closing at a certain time but they should at least keep one part of the restaurant/bar/lobby area open for hotel guests that wish to remain there and finish up their drinks.
Good breakfast. Also a very good bar, but the best was the Steak & Grill restaurant, the best food we had in Poznan.

AC. We had to change room during my stay. But it’s common problem in Poland with ventilation

It was all great.
It was an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of foods. All of the food was delicious. I especially liked the fresh coffee ground from the machine and the local cheeses and meats. They had something for everyone.
