What's not to like!

Fantastic hotel, superb facilities, great location and friendly staff.

The blackout curtains in the room weren't large enough to cover the full window and block the bright lights on the building's exterior. Rooms next to an elevator always have additional noise throughout the evening. The large room size and deluxe bathroom offset the light and noise.

The hotel is situated just moments from the rynek - the 'heart' of Wroclaw and is close to all the main attractions of the city. Parking is readily available, either with the hotel's valet service, or using the nearby public parking. The hotel exudes old world charm. The gym and spa are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and multilingual. Overall, this is a great option for a stay in Wroclaw.

It is a fantastic hotel, with a real luxuriousness about it. Of course it is great when you get a room upgrade that you were not expecting. The breakfast is one of the best selections I have had in my travels, and the location to the main square is great with it being only about 10 mins walks away to the main bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience.

Breakfast is bit costly comparing the selection. Another challenge, but understanble, was that basement swimming pool was simply too busy. Well, it was Easter season.

We had Deluxe room and that was smart choise. Room was big and really comfortable. Room has amazing shower including also private whirlpool tube. Simple really great experience. Service in lobby and room service were really fast and nice.

Nothing, it’s really a very very good hotel.

Fantastic building in fantastic location. Elegant classic modern if such a description exists. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, good sized, and with enough amenities. The pool and spa area is really a very big positive plus, not that common in a central city hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well. Didn’t have the opportunity to try any of the hotel restaurants and bars however. Will stay there again definitively next time in Wrocław.

There needs to be extra pillows on the bed, they are too small but the bed is really comfortable. The curtains don't fit the windows so the light shines through the sides (due to the shape of the windows/ building) - they need a bar or wire you can scoop them around once shut.

I struggled with the lights in the room, for some reason the bathroom lightning did not work and I needed to put the room card again in the reader.

It was very spacious and I liked the design. The room especially was surprisingly spacious. They usually also brought me some sweets around 5-6pm on behalf of the hotel, which has been a nice gesture. The staff overal was very helpfull. The view on Sky towers was nice too.

It would have been great to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room. Also totally my own preference but I would have preferred for the pool area to be warmer or the water to be warmer as we got a little chilly.

My second time staying and it was even better than last time. We had a gorgeous room for couples. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spacious. Honestly one of the nicest rooms I ever stayed in. The bathroom was gorgeous though it was not very private. So it was definitely suitable for couples only. Not a complaint though as we travelled as a couple. The wellness area was great also. Beautiful pool and sauna.

Stayed at a lovely hotel with great ambiance. However, the spa area was a bit disappointing as the jacuzzi and steam room were out of order. Only one sauna was working. It would have been much nicer if all facilities were operational.

Beautiful Hotel in a very good location. Parking is a short walk away. Lovely breakfast.

Breakfast was expensive. We would have liked to have breakfast but for the price compared to what you could buy anywhere else moments away on foot it really did feel quite over-priced.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff; nothing was too much for them. Location was excellent. Hotel felt like a luxury we couldn't ever justify in the UK.

The style- cool classic and modern. There were very special pets treatment about our dog- soft bed, two bowls and food. I have never met such hospitality. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Monopol. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The suite is excellent.
