The hotel is nice, comfortable and clean. A very good place for a stopover when travelling on the road. Exceeded my expectations.

There was no noise from the road, but you can hear your neighbours :) The sink is tiny even in the higher double room.

The hotel is close to the motorway, but it is convenient if you go to Gdansk. For Warshaw, it is not close to the autostrada (though the connecting roads that lead you back to the road are quite good). Comfortable, clean hotel. Nice staff.

My first stay with a dog, while it is pet friendly the fee was 60PLN for each day, gets quite pricey when parking fee and breakfast is added, compared to other options when you stay over for a couple of nights. Even when daily room service isn't needed.

Location and availability. My go-to hotel when visiting family in Łódź. Plenty of parking space, spacious and tall rooms.

I hope the fee for dog is expressly written before booking. Carpets need some cleaning. Rooms are not sound proof. We could hear people from other rooms esp children running in the corridors.

I like that it is modern and stylish. I like that it is pet friendly. Spacious parking. Nice resto. Free welcome drinks. Overall its a pleasant experience.

I had a leak in my shower which flooded the bathroom, it took two attempts to repair, which was disappointing, view from room wasn't great, the electronic lock to my door was faulty so had to carry a key with me. No Elevator?

Clean and friendly, contemporary décor, and some chairs scattered about to relax in, light and airy restaurant, rooms were a good size and nicely furnished, bed was comfortable, good hanging space for clothes.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Everyone, from the manager to the front desk attendants to the wait staff in the dining room, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was a problem--they did everything possible to make us feel like valued guests. The room we had was large and comfortable, and it was very clean. Breakfast was good as well. The hotel was good value for money, and I would stay again.

Restaurant staff should speak any international language (english, russian). For that reason, we had our dinner food messed up. Also were we ignored by waiter. Unpleasant.

There were some small details that the hotel could pay attention to in the future. The towels were not changed for 3 days, even though I put them in the shower as instructed. We also needed to ask for one more douved as we were provided just with one for 3 people. Also soap in the toilet finished and I needed to ask for it. If it would be checked before I wouldn't have to ask the stuff all the time to solve the problems. Of course they were very helpful and solved everything directly, but it could be avoided by checking before.

The hotel is comfortable, cosy and stuff is friendly. We also liked the restaurant. Good value for money.

No restaurants ( apart from the one inside the hotel) or places to go to around the hotel. Assumimg it’s brilliantly suited for guests on the road. Parking available.

The facilities, decor, room- very nice and practical. The staff were amazingly helpful, and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is also lovely. Breakfast really tasty, and I could not really fault this hotel.

Noisy, located at lively big crossroad. In summer would not stay at this hotel since there is no air condition in the room and you can't sleep with opened window. The curtains in the room were too short and light, so you couldn't hide from street lights. We stayed in double room with a single bed that was quite small and with one blanket that was too small for two persons. There was no towel or carpet in the bathroom to give some comfort to your feet. Apart from that, an excellent hotel.

Friendly and kind staff. Excellent breakfast, with a great choise, you can find everything except cakes:) Nice and modern decoration of the premises and rooms leaving impression of new and well-maintained building. Comfortable beds and pillows. Easy to find the location, close to shopping centres.

Wifi coverage could be a little better, 1-2 additional access points would really help as in some parts of the room wifi signal was very weak or not present.

Breakfast was excellent, way above average and delicious. Served as a buffet, fully recommended!
