Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomthe rooms need refreshing, not very clean carpets, dirty walls, curtains tired by time (probably also by hotel guests), too many and too strong-smelling chemicals used to clean the bathroom (a room filled with the smell of bleach is not a very pleasant experience) - all this was reported in reception and resolved by them straight away. I would like to emphasize here that I slept in two different rooms during my stay, one of them was as above, and the other was much better

United KingdomThere was an issue with my reservation - durring app error i had two rooms booked. The gentelemen in the reception was very nice and helpfull. Resolved the issue for me. However, the room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children but it was only prepered for 3 people.

PolandNo food available post 11 pm. Room cleaning can be more elaborate. No mini fridge etc in room. Since its in a very small city it seemed to have hardly any guests and overall the buzz that is there in a hotel was missing. Ok these are small things but it was a decent hotel.
Its one of the very few good hotels in Plock which is a very small city in Poland. For the price they offer its a decent stay. They gave me a 50% discount too for one day which was good. Breakfast options were decent.
