Room just renovated and not completely equipped. But it was not a big deal, just a little inconvenience.

The hotel has expanded but has just one lift so when you’re on the 5th floor, getting down to the ground floor can be very challenging On one day, I returned to find my room was unlocked. I immediately raised this with the receptionist and advised him to report the incident to the management. I was disappointed that at least 2 fire doors were wedged open - a very dangerous thing to do Finally, the breakfast room was manic on May 2nd and was open an hour later than scheduled normally and I was told this was because of the public holidays.

I have stayed there several times but was disappointed on this occasion

The hotel was in the finishing stages of a renovation. Our room was not yet renovated, but the only downside of this was the lack of power sockets - one in the room and one in the bathroom.

The location is very good - by walking distance from the city center. The staff is kind and the check-in was very fast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Nice breakfast.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, located close to Wroclaw train station and walking distance from the city center (Rynek). I like to stay at Hotel Polonia for its history, the friendly staff and the fact that I come there regularly and now feel at home.

Only complaint was there was no kettle in the room, although to be fair, they would have probably provided one had we asked

I ha be stayed here before but sadly it has gone downhill. There were Twila the groups do the breakfast room was packed out!

It’s location near to the most beautiful and interesting railway station is a major plus point I have been to many stations worldwide and cannot think of anywhere with more character. Even McDonalds looks attractive! The galleries on the upper floor are amazing

The room didn't look like the images and the beds were very uncomfortable. We were given a disability friendly room that we didn't need so the shower was unpleasant and would need to leave to dry.

The room was really big, lovely and clean and really friendly staff. 10 min walk to the centre.

Very hot since for standard room you don't have any kind of ventilation. Very nosy, i couldn't sleep because of the trams which are passing right in front of the window.

It's ok for one night, but not more. I stood here alao in the deloux room, and it was 10/10.

The smell of urine in the bathroom, most likely coming from the plastic toilet seat and due to a faulty flash (flashing only part of the toilet bowl). The bathroom was very clean otherwise, but we had to keep the bathroom door shut. The flush needs to be fixed and a new toilet seat installed. No kettle No hooks in the bathroom No shower rail or shower curtain, just a bathtub with a shower head

Very helpful and smiley receptionists. Perfect location, close to the train station and walking distance to the old town. Large family room. Breakfast was quite nice.
