You had to pay for a parking spot when this could have been free of charge since it is outside the city.

I liked the fact that it had a window, so that fresh air could come into the room! It was spacious and clean.

Brand new, perfect hotel with a perfect style and very young but very kind staff. Perfect breakfast with all possible options of food I have ever seen. Very nice restaurant with delicious food. Hotel is near by highwas so is reachable by car. It is approx. 20 minutes to the center of the city Wroclaw and to the ZOO which is very nice. I would recommend this hotel to persons on business trips as well as to families with children.

The staff wasn't particularly knowledgeable and supportive to the needs of the customers so just average on that front. A bit more customer awareness training would be needed The gym was very basic but had what you needed for a regular workout. There is no changing room near or before the sauna.

One year ago we stayed in this hotel and parking in the garage was extra cost. This time parking was the same price, but outside, near the building. Breakfast cost 80 PLN per person and the price is not adequate comparing the cost of overnight.

While some may appreciate the soft mattresses, they were not to my liking, lacking the firmness I prefer. Additionally, the high parking ticket price was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise, affecting the overall cost of my visit, taking into account the fact that you had to park in an outdoor parking lot, not in the underground one. Apart from these aspects, the stay was of a really high standard.

Outdoor parking fee - this could be avoided especially in winter :-) I understand paying for for a parking inside the city or in the garage but uncovered parking around the hotel for 50PLN should be avoided.

Best value for money you can get in Wroclaw. The high way location is perfect for car travelers.

I didn’t like the football playing in the restaurant - it made us feel like we’re in a sports bar. But this is personal and only one thing I didn’t like.

Very nice, clean hotel. They have restaurant, bar and a lovely, tasty breakfast with lots of choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and fresh. I would definitely stay there again.
