The spa was fine, however there were a lot of people from my point of view. Also the children shoud have restricted accesses.

We stayed here with friends for a weekend. Everything was really good, especially breakfast. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful views.

The wellness area is a bit too small for the size of the hotel. It was a challenge to find empty sunbed or to have a place to relax after sauna. So we went there in the evening when other guests had dinner. Also I don't understand why you have to pay for parking, when you have to use the car to get there. It should be included in the price of stay.

The hotel was very nice, everything looked like new. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equiped with a great view from the balcony. Food was also great, large selection for breakfest and very tasty a la carte options (asian menu). Which was a pleasant surprise, because usually hotel kitchens aren't that great. Also great drinks at the lobby bar.

Fitness/Wellness could be easily crowded- just recommend to visit the hotel during week if you want to enjoy more space. Way to hotel was full of holes (destroyed by heavy vehicles from building works around) - drive carefully.

Hotel is new, with great parking and wonderful views. Rooms are very nice, comfortable, the bet as well. Breakfast is tasty and restaurant for dinner works well. Not in the city center but this is definitely nice because of nature.

The staff in the breakfast basically clear up the muesli in front of me knowing that I was taking some jogurt. The lady in the pool saw me fell off the sauna because the floor was full of water. The only thing she said was there are so many people there is no point cleaning 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The gym was basically dirty I don’t there was any cleaning for days

The hotel is new everything was good the design, the room was comfortable enough for us. We traveled as big group 10+ people and we were accommodated next to each others, which was very nice.

Parking - even it was requested in advance, on arrival we were informed there is no spots available as to many guests in hotel. Thanks to staff on reception, who helped to resolve this small issue, so still OK.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. It is a good value for family - for childrens there is a fun room (kids club), adults will find a bar with reach offer :) finally spa was a big plus: swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The hotel staff was friendly and helped with parking problem. Breakfast and dinner were good; variation of everything, including fruits, vegetables and etc.

Overall it was a great experience and the following things are just minor inconveniences: The hotel is far from the town and in the middle of area which is under construction. When I took a massage it was not very good, the wellness worker did not speak much English and hence did not ask any feedback or about my expectations. Lastly, when we ordered the same cocktail from the bar, it tasted awesome one day and so-so ok-ish the other day.

Our stay in the hotel was hassle free, facilities are new, cozy and clean. Spa was offering nice variety of activities. Breakfast buffet was tasty and with many kinds of food to choose from.

It is suprising that beside the reception, almost no one from the staff speaks any english. We tried to book a massage but without any language sklills, it was quite a chalenge. Also the sauna and spa area could be bigger, I can not imagine how crowdy it must be during busy winter times.

Small relax zone/ lack of beds when you relax after sauna. Staff sent people away from wellnes to provide technical service at 3,30 p.m.🥲this should be done overnight.

We had an issue with air conditioning, which we couldn’t set below 25°C overnight, but that was remedied by opening the balcony door.

The only point to mention is that the hotel is located a bit far from other restaurants, like a 25-30 minute walk. But it's not an issue if you're here to enjoy the hotel.

Very nice hotel that I can recommend. It's new, clean, with a nice spa and swimming pool. We had a room with a mountain view, and the view from the terrace is fantastic! The room is well-equipped. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is amazing.

No coffee and drinks at dinner (assuming you paid additionally for it), that was unexpected and first time in luxury hotels. Also noticed the breakfast is better than dinner, only a-la cart is great. Usually it has much more delicious food, here it’s opposite

Excellent location in very calm area. It is also a good point to start hiking tracks. Room very clean, equipped with all stuff necessary during stay. Very good restaurant in the hotel, wide variety of food available during breakfasts. What is good, if you are without bike it is possible to rent it in hotel. I can strongly recommend this hotel.
