Such good value for money - this is the second time I've stayed here - the single private room I stayed in this time was just as great. Staff are very helpful and accommodating and great to have a fully stocked kitchen on hand to use too. I'm always very pleasently surprised at how much better hostels are in Poland than they are in the UK!

Very thin walls, but obviously there is not much that can be done about it. In our case someone from the next room (shared wall) had an alarm going on from 6AM to 8AM CONSTANTLY. When it woke me up first I thought it was my partner's alarm, as it was so loud it sounded like it was in our room. The duvet was a bit small, but didn't bother us that much. If anything - it was an excellent excuse for a cuddle at night :) There aren't any toiletries given, and a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel would be really helpful. Obviously, these are not mentioned when you book a room, so we expected it and buying them ourselves was not a problem.

Check-in and instructions for how to get in and out were easy and clear. The lady behind the front desk was very nice, smiley, and friendly (not that usual in Poland). I needed a hairdryer and there wasn't one in the room, but the receptionist was happy to let me borrow one. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the pillows were comfy too. Our backs are quite fussy about beds so it says a lot. It was nice to wake up without back pain. This accommodation is within 5 min walking distance from Piotrkowska Street which is the main place to go when in Lodz (lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc), also very close to the big tram station, so easy access to any other part of the city. The hotel is dated and because of that - it is not spotless, so if you are looking for 5* - this is not for you. But if you are looking for something on a budget with comfy beds and close access to the city center - this is the right place.

The walls were a little thin so I could hear the sounds of walking in the hallway and the shower water early in the morning.

The room was very clean. The interior of the room is also very cute. The hotel staff were also very kind. They were willing to accommodate early check-in as I had contacted them in advance. Good location and very comfortable stay

Friendly receptionist. Despite of language barrier she manage to communicate with us and she's very kind and helpful. The place is clean ans easy to find. Plus the place is near to their old town.

Very friendly hostess, basic room - but what to complain for 25€ per night. Forget the big hotells - choose Relax!

Room smell a bit weird. I was suspicious that someone smoked before us, but it continued following day. Maybe they can change all the carpets/curtains once, so problem will be solved.

Parking was cool and cheap. It is so close to piotrkowska street, so you can go and have breakfast, dinner, ice cream easily.

The hotel seemed a bit shady, the kitchen wasn't really well equipped and comfortable to cook in, and there was a lot guests coming in the night, which woke me up every night. Once I heard some screams in the hall and got quite scared.

The staff was very friendly and helpful I lost my key during my stay and I received a new one without any problem until I found the lost key

Its a bit hard to find the place, there was only 1 key provided to room with no possibility of getting more, for bigger rooms with many people it can be quite a inconvienience at times. There was a roof renovation starting very early, I couldn't find any staff, to ask for towels change for example and for check in there was only a person speaking ukrainian/ a bit of polish that had a hard time finding our reservation.

Good prices, rooms were okay, as expected of such price, location was very good. During the week the parking was like 20% full and was pretty reasonably priced as well.
