The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low and it was hard to make the water warm. The pillow was a bit hard for my liking and I had a hard time sleeping.

I liked the location, walkability of the area, and also the facilities. The hotel is very quiet as well even though there is a lot of life on the streets outside.

We had an issue with the breakfast which we paid for as we went, on the last day we were told two breakfast were still to pay for even though all of our group had paid when we had them. The receptionist couldn’t tell us whose room or guest hadn’t paid and they never gave us receipts to prove one way or the other. They insisted we paid before we left even though we insisted everything had been paid for. We had had a very good stay until this happened and it left a bitter feeling with us as we left, we thought it was possibly a scam they were using, so if you are going to this hotel be aware, and because of this I cannot recommend

The lift was not working during our stay but since we got a room in the first floor it didn´t really matter. The terrace is undergoing reconstruction. One evening only cold water was running which was unpleasant surprised when we wanted to take shower.

The lift was out of order but thankfully we were on the 1 st floor as my husband has problems with his knees. The hotel states it is disabled user friendly but if lift is not working it isn’t at all

It was very central and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The restaurant was very good for breakfast dinner and drinks. It was very clean and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Silly place for a wall hung TV? Restricts access to small kettle table. Pity those on the 4th floor when the lift broke.

Initial welcome very good Room (104 facing the front) although small, was very clean and bright. Comfortable double bed.Toiletries and soft towels very good. Air con too! Use of an empty fridge useful. Excellent location. Breakfast if required can be purchased at reception in the adjoining restaurant next door ( just okay for £13+). Very pleasant (smiles) from all the reception stall including those on 12 hour shifts. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

Nice atmosphere - relaxing and quiet music and lighting in the corridors during day-time. Excellent location. I had a problem with my pillow (too hard and high), the staff helped immediately and I got a good sleep after that. Nice and friendly staff.

Pillows too hard, but luckily had some softer ones in the closet. It may be noisy on lower floors, but the fourth floor is top notch.

There was a noise from the bar next doors but it was expected and understandable. The temperature in the room was bit too cold.
