The balcony door leaked a great amount of draft of very cold air, i think that the rubber in its frame needs to be replaced. The beds needs bigger pillows.

The room is well designed, and gives wide space feeling, and indeed it is wide enough and comfortable, and same for the bathroom, which is of comfortable area.

Wifi hotspots are only installed in some rooms, as a result if you get unlucky you have to use the hotspot from a different room and the signal can be quite unstable or bad - e.g. in L9 I had to use the hotspot in L2 and the signal was terrible unless I was in a specific place in the apartment. The kitchenette is basically not equipped with cookware: there was a couple of pots but they didn't have lids, there was no all-purpose knife, there was no mug aside from a tiny coffee cup, and the hotel also didn't provide dish soap or sponge... no strainers, no ladle, no kitchen towel, no cutting board... so basically if you're hoping to cook at Magnolie during a short-term stay in Warszawa, well, you're out of luck, there are no tools for anything more complex than hard-boiled eggs. Magnolie also needs to pay closer attention to how clean the kitchenette is, because when I moved in the pots were all dirty and the electric cooktop was covered in grease. One last thing I'll mention is that the walls are really thin so you'll hear your neighbors, luckily mine were generally quiet.

Good location (nice area, public transport nearby, lots of food options around), responsive staff, easy move-in, modern furniture in the apartment, quite affordable compared to most similar options, spacious and well-lit apartment. It generally feels modern, big, a tad minimalistic, and it's one of the cheapest options if you want an actual apartment.

The blanket on the double bed was narrow and not enough for two. When it was raining heavily, one window leaked.

The apartment had almost everything that two people needed to live and work remotely. Functional kitchen, spacious bathroom. The staff was really friendly and polite.

It was absolutely smelly of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the entire place was really questionable. THERE WAS NO WARM WATER! Neither at night when I arrived, nor in the morning. The address that was given is not where your room is going to be. You need to walk to another building. As much as it’s not too far, with all the luggage is not great.

Photos are inaccurate, the room is old and needs renovation. One towel for a person? Ridiculous! Cleaning ladies were nice, but staff at the reception is very disappointing! They don't value clients at all.

Room was normal and quite clean, the bed was very uncomfortable, you felt the springs, one duvet (not enough for two adults) fthe bath is very small, one large towel for two people and two small ones, no hot water only warm,I do not recommend it. We just wanted to sleep, but we couldn't...

They gave the key to the wrong room, I ordered a deluxe room and they gave me a standard room. The bathroom was dirty, my wife had to wash it to take a shower. It was very cold in the room, the wind was very strong from under the windows.
