However there was a fresh air fan in the room (not the A/C) which was all the time on (could not be switched off) and the grille was located on the wall blowing cold air directly towards the bed (pillow area) it was very cold. Additionally the Staff at the reception could be more proffessional as there was few guests in and out and the reception Staff was not at the reception desk, the (two Young girls) we're sitting on the sofa watching something on the phone - not very proffessional.

Nice, clean room. Good location (close to ZOO,.Park and Hala Stulecia). Good breakfast and kids under 5yo Eat for free.

There was nothing not to like about it.

For the price I paid the breakfast was ok.The location of the hotel was next to the main road, taxis were available at all times and were very cheap.

The towels are so washed out that they are not even white already, they are torn, and they are not soft. Please replace the towels with the new ones!

The location is perfect for those who want to visit Zoo and Hala - very close to them. Breakfast was good, hotel staff is very helpful. The terrace is cosy. I will stay there again. Everything was good except for the towels.

I really enjoyed my vacation at the zoohotel. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with modern interiors. Polite staff, and convenient parking. A bonus is the location of the hotel near the zoo, where you can have a nice time with your family❤️

No options for gluten and lactose free intolerant guests and broken coffee machine so no good coffee for breakfast. No matrimonial bed but two single joined together. No black out curtains in the room so I woke up with the day light.

Very close distans to the ZOO so we could go to visit it in the morning. Beautiful room, very clean and quiet.

The temperature control in the room was lacking. It was difficult to get the room to be just right, we'd always end up too warm or too cold.

The TV is not a smart TV, which would not be an issue, but its connection was also quite laggy. In the bathroom the showerhead looks futuristic, but it's actually less usable than some random cheaper one. The air conditioner was loud so we turned it off, but it was still pretty audible (probably air conditioning for another room).

I liked the comfort of the entire room, especially the bed. The bed was amazing. The whole hotel is pretty modern, which gives it a nice atmosphere. The staff speaks good english and was very helpful in any way.

Was surprised there was no wardrobe only shelves and a coat rack so not great re hanging certain clothes up. Also the size of the bathroom is fab but why such a small corner shower?

The room was very spacious and clean, lovely terrace when opening the room windows. Staff were friendly and welcoming, explained what day we would have our room serviced etc. Within a 5 minute walk there is a great tram service in to the city centre.

Great and spacious room for a surprisingly low price. Clean and silent, just what we needed. I loved the unique design with the animal-theme. Although you have to pay extra for parking, it is available and there is a Biedronka supermarket right below the apartment.

English was poor and the TV service did not work correctly. Breakfast was okay but the area is small and there was just not enough staff.

Value for money, clean and modern design. I went prepared from previous reviews etc the rooms are not cleaned every day , so it was something that I didn't expect to happen and because of that I haven't been disappointed. Also about the WiFi connection, a bit weird but again no issues. Just open the TV at channel 60 and find the user name / password. Keep the TV ON as long you want to be connected.

Breakfast was not included in the price of accommodation. We paid extra for breakfast the first morning. The breakfast offer was insufficient compared to price, there were almost no sweeties, could have been wider offer of vegetables and fruit. The second morning we didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel anymore and we went to a nearby café.

Cozy and comfortable room with cute animal decoration. Good location next to Wrocław Zoo, direct tram connection to the city centre. Biedronka grocery store next to the hotel. Every room has its own internet wireless connection, which works only if you switch on the TV. But it works well and the service is strong. There is Asian restaurant in the hotel (the same where breakfasts are served) and it offers really delicious meals.

The room was not as imppresive like in the photos, and they have a weird wifi sistem where you can connect only if you have your tv on. So for example, if I wanted to sleep and the other person was using wifi I could not sleep because of the bright lught from the TV.

The value for the money was very good, the bed was very comfortable.

Difficult to book a room at an occasional price. Impossible to have a long term agreement with a pre-agreed fixed price.

The location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the office. I also liked the fact, that there's a big parking - You can use the hotel's area or the ones assigned to Biedronka store (both paid).

The Internet connection in the room was a bit problematic because the internet router seemed to the TV and if the TV was not turned on there was no internet. And the TV is closed after 45-60 mins and you have to turn on it again to have an internet connection.

The room is quite large, well-equipped, and has a very nice zoom-like design. There is a restaurant where you can find affordable dinners. There is a market just below the hotel.

Great location! We went for big party at Hala STULECIA just 10min slow walk , ZOO is around the corner and few more attractions nearby;)) 👍 Stuff very nice and helpful (inf options with parking perfect ) , room size ok , normally equipped and surprisingly quiet (triple glass windows there). Thick carpets at corridors . Nice Asian restaurant the same hotel floor open late ;) good Costa coffee on terrace ;)) Overall hotel standard simple VERY good !

Great value for money. WiFi was a bit slow, so plan accordingly. Breakfast was great, although it’s hard to find a free table. Towels could be cleaner to be honest. Bit overall, room is great, comfortable bad. Paid parking. I think for those who are going to the Zoo, it’s an amazing option due to location.

Bed was actually 2 beds with large mattresses on top, which slid off. Wi-Fi only worked when the TV was on.

Great interior decor, everything was clean, nice staff.
