Everything was great, except, the temperature of the water in the shower was kind of complicated. It would get either really hot or really cold even when it was set for it to be warm. Other than that, the room was clean and comfy! 🤩

I liked how everyone was very welcoming and kind when arriving. Our stay was very comfortable, not too far from Disneyland which was a plus!

The bathroom is on the tiny side and the fan couldn’t keep up well with the steam from the shower/bath, so the bathroom did get and stay very humid pretty quickly. The tub drained pretty slow also. (These are by no means dealbreakers for us, though!) But the water pressure and temp were good!

Room was very clean and hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance. The hotel is quaint with no frills, but the room had the basic necessities (including a TV, fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer and toiletries). The location was a clean, quiet, safe place to stay that was budget friendly, close to Disney AND had free parking! Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. My family would definitely stay here again!

The swimming pool was not heated,they offered breakfast, but its just coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate all they have

Charming exterior. Clean and quiet interior with firm, comfy bed, faux hardwood floors vs. carpet, and soap dispensers at sink and in shower vs. miniature bars of soap. Fridge didn't hum or make other noise. Shutters on the inside window were a nice touch vs. curtains. A small window in the bathroom opened, and I could hear the roller-coaster at the park behind the Alpine Inn. I would stay here again.

I checked in late around 10pm and the office was still open and the staff was awesome. I asked for a recommendation for pizza delivery the next evening and the great guy behind the desk suggested a place that was incredible! The day I was checking out I asked for a later check out due to my ride running late and was given an extra hour. I’ve used the alpine inn many years attending the CDA convention and I have always had the best experience. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Arriving a couple hours before check-in, we were able to leave our bags in the lobby and park our car in the lot for free before heading to Disneyland! Saved us some money (versus having to park at the Disney lots). Staff were friendly and provided complimentary drinks which was awesome. The room was nice and clean- comfortable beds. I'd definitely stay here again! It was a comfortable and affordable stay.

Soap dispenser was weak stream or slow, hard to lather up in great tub shower!

Had a clean comfortable quiet room with all required amenities working well! Bed was great and no carpeting so floors were cleaned and dust free! No allergy symptoms! Front desk friendly and helpful! Free parking one vehicle/room
