The young kids above us were very loud n rude.

I enjoyed the hotel and the amenities it provided, the only part that was unsatisfactory was having a group of junior high school students above us. They were loud, stomping on floor. I feel they should have been all located in the same bungalow n area. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay n very cute, clean and well manicured grounds.

Need More food choices or variety for breakfast. The bathrooms and countertops arent very clean, you can see spots that a stain is still there and just washed up with water and not really cleaned it . Got bug bites from the bed, please make sure to spray and change bed linens

The lights were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The floors were creaky in the loft. Lots of traffic and sirens made it hard to sleep or stay asleep.

No internet. One of the reason we chose this hotel was the fact that they promised internet, but unfortunately the internet service was very poor. We could not connect and when we did, it would drop the connection within seconds and then just kept buffering for hours. Since we had some work related projects we had to complete, it was very frustrating and in the end, we could not complete our work. If you don't need internet, this is a great little hotel, but if you do, you might want to find a place with more reliable service. One other small complain would be the size of the bathroom, very small. Almost have to stand on the toilet to close the door. Not sure if this is an issue with every room, but it was for ours.

Room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Was close to our destination and close to Disneyland, we could easily walk to the park from the hotel, saving us the Disney's parking fee. The bed was comfortable, and we loved that the hotel is on a quiet street so no loud noise to disturb our sleep. This was a longer trip so we really liked having a refrigerator/microwave/stove to be able to eat something other than fast food. Parking was free and we could always find a spot. Would stay here again.

I didnt like that we had to move our vehicle after 4pm and checkout, we did go pay to park somewhere closer to Disneyland because we were leaving later that night.

It was down the street from disneyland, and felt like a little apartment, not like a hotel. It was perfect

Very clean and the accommodations were great. We had the bi-level loft and it was perfect for us. Everyone had room to spread out. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing!!! All of the staff was incredibly nice and they provided superior customer service. The pool was clean and heated as well. The walk to Disneyland was easy and only took about 12 minutes with our two young children. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Bathrooms are not ventilated so they smelled a little musty, but they were clean. The conditioner bottles in both bathrooms were not refilled before our stay.
