Checked in here couple times and front desk staff is not really does not make you feel welcomed . Just blank stares and makes no effort to even smile with guests so it’s awkward!

One of the sliding doors was off track, but that's it.

My family and I came for a funeral. The staff was nice and it was convenient to the Hwy and airport. The room was nice enough and though the elevator was tight, it worked and didn't smell. I would recommend if you're not visiting for leisure luxury

EVERYTHING at breakfast was served in disposable cups and plates as well as disposable things in the room. There was no concern for the environment.

The breakfast room was a bit small, but not a big problem.

The staff were very helpful. They looked after our luggage after we checked out while we went to Manhattan before coming back and then going on to JFK airport.

Incidental charge of $250.00. Only one(1) roll of toilet paper given for a 3-day stay with two (2) people. Hotel manager is pretentious, and lacks finesse.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor.

Good breakfast, but it didn't seem to be replenished regularly. They gave lots of soap and lotion. Housekeeping came every day. Close to subway and bus stops.

The reception staff was brusque and unfriendly; he was also unhelpful. When we checked in he asked whether we wanted our room cleaned in the morning. We said "no" , and asked when it would be cleaned. He said "when staff are assigned" but did not answer when we asked what that meant. When we returned to our room late on the second night, the room had not been cleaned and the towels were not replaced. I had to get towels from the from desk, and got only two incomplete sets. Later that evening the attendant called to say that we had opted for no room service. He did not seem to care -- not even an insincere apology.

The breakfast was excellent. The person setting up the breakfast was very attentive and ensured that all items were replenished promptly. The breafast was very clean and adequate.

Very small corridors, you could just about walk side by side with suitcase, $250 room deposit, I find this extremely expensive regardless of the status of the hotel. It was almost a hindrance that you stayed there. Old decor and rooms. Small room, poor bathroom amenities.

Location to JFK, very close to subway to get to Manhattan, easy for public transport links.

The fact that the staff was also grabbing plates to eat from breakfast right in front of the guests. The should've either waited or have a staff room for them. Also even though this wasn't really the hotels fault the doors when they were slammed shut as a couple were on the floor we were on shook the entire room. Every single time in the middle of the night.

Couldn’t get any bottled water on-site -nothing offered in the rooms and vending machines were out.

Very clean, nice staff. Breakfast was very good. Impressed with how clean they keep the facility. Free parking on-site.
