The indoor hot tub and pool were out of order. Room not that clean. Dried rice on the couch that….wasnt mine, pretty gross. Breakfast was served very fresh and clean but food quality just bad.

The pool & hot tub were not working. When I asked about it I was told they had someone coming to fix it. The next day I asked again I was told they fired the pool guy & wasn't sure it was going to be fixed anytime soon. I told them that in that case I wanted to leave & be reimbursed. I was told they are not obligated to provide a pool & hot tub. I informed them that they advertised it that was the main reason I choose to book with them my son is autistic & if I tell him there is a pool & then tell him there is not that was going to cause a issue. I am still fighting for my refund!!! There where also roaches.

Everything. Beds that were so uncomfortable that I couldn’t stay there with my daughter. AC units that didn’t properly work. Claims that their rooms were soundproof but were anything but. A broken desk chair that nearly made my daughter fall out of it. (A chair which an employee admitted to her was supposed to have been replaced over a week earlier.) Floors that had soft spots as you walked down the hall. This hotel is in need of major repairs and refurbishment.

The location was perfect for where I needed to go. Amber was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I was extremely pleased with my stay. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and good. There is a restaurant next door which was perfect.

Open breakfast as posted at 6 am. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and will not stay there again. Every time we stay there is some issues. 1st time the elevator did not work. 2nd the pool was closed and now the breakfast was not available as posted.

loved the facility only thing was that we were not able to take food to our room, with lots of guest it was hard to find a table for all of us together.

Loved almost everything, location was great, people were friendly and super helpful.

Did not come to make beds with new sheets one time. They came and got my trash only. Hot water worked when it wanted to. Was like warm at best. Almost not hot enough to shower some days. Mattresses were nasty honestly. U could see hair amd dirt behind them by the headboards. Pubic hair in the bathroom when we arrived also. Probably try a different one next time. I got this one 2 years ago and it was way better. Seems to be going downhill. Lighting was poor also. Basically 2 lamps and the sink light that's it. They need some ceiling lights.

There was no working elevator and I wasn’t feeling well - we were put on the 3rd floor. They wouldn’t let my friend bring me breakfast one day. When I checked in, the girl was not very pleasant. She demanded I pay when I’d already made the entire payment…a credit card had to be put on file as well as a $100 CASH deposit. She was kind of rude and made me call Booking.com to have them straighten things out…it took forever and when you’re not feeling well, it’s no good!

The price was great and they do have an ok breakfast.

There was gnats in the room. The mattress on the pull out sofa was stained. They told me they didn't have pillows for the pullout or towels for the pool.

The elevator was broken . We had to carry our luggage’s to the second floor. The ac wasn’t working properly in our room. Had to ask to the desk , and got our room switched to the 3rd floor ! The bathtub’s drain wasn’t working in this room . Also there were dead bugs in the room. Overall had a bed experience.
