The showers curtains might need to be replaced once a month. They did make the bathroom smell bad even though it was clean

For the next time in NYC I would go look for a more quite place since the crowds in the Time Square can be just too much. Unpleasant incident - while changing the bed linen our little daughter's sleeping Teddy went missing. Kept on repeating that to the staff but with no further success.

It was our first time to NYC, so the location was perfect, close to the activities we intended to go to (Radio City Music Hall, Broadway theaters). We lived on the 41st floor, so the view from the hotel window was just amazing - right into the skyline and lights and action of the Times Square. When the crowd in TS was to much, we used the back door entrance from the side street.

No gym on premises. Very basic for a Crowne Hotel. Breakfast cafe was very average. Location was a bit too busy for us. A standard room comes with 2 single beds. We are a couple and incurred an extra daily fee to have a bed big enough for 2 people .

The shower pressure. It needs to be fixed as taking a shower made it hard.

Location of this hotel was excellent. Couldn't ask for a bette spot to be in while our staying in NYC. The room was super clean and everything was well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. There was no vent to suck out the steam from the shower, and the shower pressure was poor. Overall this was a very favourable stay.

Rooms are very dated and need a refresh, but everything worked. Value wise compared to other hotels in the area is good, but although we were on floor 21 it's still noisy outside....24/7

There was a long line at the front desk (check-in) but it probably caused by pre-Memorial day vacations. It took staff like 40 minutes to check us in. The wi-fi is awful. I struggled a couple of days with it and then just turned it off and used internet of my provider. I wish the room had small hotel fridge and a kettle. One more thing I would happy to see in the room is disposable slippers - it is super convenient not to carry them from home or look for them around the town but have them in the hotel.

The Hotel located in the heart of New York right on the Times Square but in the beginning of the street - closer to Central Park. We had King-size with Manhattan view room and it is definitely worth it. The view was amazing ! No problem with noise. Either we were too tired by the night time after sightseen and we slept very well or just sound insulation was great. They cleaned up the room everyday so everything was neat. There was an iron in the room and there was a coffee maker too we use it as coffee maker and as the kettle to brew tea. No problems with elevators. Waiting time is short. You can also leave bags downstairs at the bellhop if you come early or you have late flight. The staff is courteous.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. It has a store which sells coffee and some edibles on the go. The store always has a long queue with one person handling the store. Sometimes you get the wrong coffee because the guy is confused and stressed.Even this store closed at 2.30 pm on a normal day.

The location of the hotel is at the centre of happening places of New York. Close to Broadway and good food.

Hotel is a middle-of-the-road hotel, but don't expect high-end finishes, service or amenities. It's certainly okay but maybe not at the high-end of Crown Plaza locations - likely this is due to the high-volume of use it receives.

Location was centrally located within short walking distance to Times Square. We had a nice view from our room of Times Square. No shortage of things to do within a short distance and was a great location for what we needed during our 2-night stay.
