The motion sensor light in the bathroom! Going on when it sensed movement in the bedroom in the middle of the night or going off while one was in the shower. It was quite independent!

The hotel staff was particularly helpful, courteous, professional, pleasant and quickly responded to our needs. I noticed while having coffee and breakfast during our stay that Martha worked constantly to keep the breakfast area tidy, respond ing to guests questions and generally keeping things going in that very busy place. I ate alone early and appreciated her "good morning" greeting. She is a great example of my encounters with Element staff. I like that the front desk staff greeted me every day with "good morning" or "good evening" every day when I left and returned. The variety, abundance and freshness of the food in the complimentary breakfast. The ease of access to Disney Parks and the availablity of the shuttle bus.

Light in the bathroom turned on automatically so at night kept disturbing us. Would be better to have the light turn on manually after the door closed

For a room that sleeps 8, it was odd to only have flatware for 4 in the room. The curtains are not blackout so bring a sleep mask.

Family friendly hotel, delicious buffet breakfast with lots of options (arrive 30mins before it closes at least) we pushed the room capacity with 4 adults and 2 toddlers, it was tight in space with bags and strollers but it was still comfortable. Kitchen is a plus, all items you need to use it are there, spotless, new furniture and friendly helpful staff. Disney is either 4 mins by taxi or 20 min walk (its a big block), there are plenty restaurants and shops near by

I mean not much you can do about this but breakfast is pretty hectic busy. Gotta go early or late to avoid the stampede.

You can hear the floor above you… Disneyland fireworks are hard to see from the 2nd floor as there are trees in the way.

Fantastic rooms for families, still very modern and new, laundry onsite which was brilliant. Heated swimming pool and lovely breakfast that they change slightly everyday, they cater for gluten free etc..

One night the parking was full that they recommended parking at Garden walk which that was a bit far but luckily they were really nice about it and let us park in non parking area there in the parking really that was it.

I love everything at this property. I stayed once and now it’s the only hotel I stay when going to Disneyland regardless of the price. That says everything, rooms are clean and luxurious looking without the high price tag. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is a plus.

Wish there was a restaurant and bar - we would have enjoyed having an evening snack and night cap after a long day at the parks.

The beds were super comfortable and the family suite had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The breakfast was healthy and filling, and the staff there was wonderful. We got to the breakfast late our first morning and my daughter was disappointed they had run out of muffins. When she asked the woman working there if there were any left, she went in the back and made her some waffles. My other daughter spilled her cereal and another person working got her a new bowl after sweeping it up. Great, great customer service. Walking to Disney took us about 10 minutes in the morning.

It was not very soundproof. The hotel doors to each room and heavy which means you can always hear other people coming and going.

Better quality of items.

Very disappointing. Everything looked microwaved. They couldn’t replace items fast enough. The reviews were excellent on breakfast but I didn’t see that.
