First …. My room was filthy when I checked in. There were crumbs all over the carpeting, hair and footprints all over the bathroom and something dripping down the bed frame . I called and they did come upstairs and clean: I guess the maid was mad that she had to clean again because she took the dirty Q-tip off of the floor and put it on my make up. It was not my Q-tip. It was there when I checked in and the housekeeping manager knows this because she took pics. Second……I don’t have a problem with the pool being open to the public. The problem I have is that the chairs should be reserved for guests of the hotel. People would be there from other hotels as soon as they open to throw towels on chairs and then leave. You’re not allowed to bring water into the pool area so you either spend a fortune for something to hydrate with, die of heat stroke or spend more money than you do gambling just trying to keep hydrated.

I asked for a non smoking room and pretty sure they gave the opposite. I suffer from allergies and I'm sensitive to things. In top of that the phone in my room wasn't working. And, went to make a cup of coffee and the coffee maker had it hadn't been cleaned as there was still a coffee bag in there from the previous occupants. Major turn off!

but it was so far away from the parking garage and we had to park on the 6th floor and one of the elevators was not working, it took forever to get into the hotel to check in, the check in process took forever and we had a long way to our room and we had a lot to carry - that was not fun at all. i just felt we wasted a lot of unnecessary time and there was no one to help, whereas in other hotels there are porters to help carry your stuff to the room. our view was awful

Alcohol prices at the pool was ridiculous high. Room service was not good. Shower leaked on bathroom floor. Check in and out was a machine that didn’t make you feel welcomed

They shut off our hot water (3 rooms only) without notice. Also the “resort fee covered” wifi didn’t work and when we called she lied to us about it. Paid the ridiculous resort fee for NOTHING! The family pools were closed and they let people who aren’t even staying there in the pool. Way too crowded

Casino smelled like smoke all the time, reservations for 3 rooms were all mixed up, long wait time to check in- not enough staff. Of my 3 rooms, 2 had missing or broke equipment. Should not have to pay extra for early check in when room is available. Nothing offered with reservation issues and no discount when upgrading 2 of the rooms.

The Hotel reserves the right to upgrade you room when the one booked are booked already. So what happens is that at the check in they will give you a different room! They called upgrade room (It’s upgraded because they remodeled). I walked in the new room expecting the pool view from the original room booked, guys I was looking at air conditioning units and a wall!!! I went to change my room thinking there was a mistake, and they through out the AMAZING upgrade room story. Besiege that, the line at the check-in was really long. There were only 3 people working behind the desk, very tired and very impolite with mostly all the costumers. Understandable, since they were really low in staff! Overall, I recommend it. But fight for your room.

The room wasn't so clean, we found some chicken wing bones under the bedside table, the windows were stained.
